Great Condo

We really enjoyed the location of this property! We rented bikes and could get around the island easily! Condo was clean and communication was good! We would definitely stay again!

Great pool

We enjoyed the place and it was really clean. Our only concern was that it was a $15-$20 Uber ride to get to Duval St. where the restaurants are. The pool was very clean and large!

Great place

The property (pool & hot tub area especially) was beautiful. It’s quiet location & close to smathers beach. It was further from Duval than expected, but we rented a golf cart so it was still convenient. The manager was amazing & made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.

Great Key West Family Location

The property was very nice. A beautiful two bedroom condo with ocean and palm views. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and nearby Smathers Beach so much with our 6 year old grandson. We could drive or Uber easily into Key West in less than ten minutes.

Girls Getaway

The place is nice, the pool was great. Only thing i would suggest, since it is an VRBO condo, have a book or binder in the room with instructions on items in the room and condo, wifi info, checking out info. Places of interest nearby, food, entertainment. Otherwise, the condo is fine

Long Weekend in Heaven

This is our 3rd visit to Key West and 1800 Atlantic, and we believe this to be the best location on the island. Close to airport but comfortable distance to Old Town and activities. The pool is magnificent and the gardens too. Unit is dated but comfortable. Plenty of storage and everything you need. Rent bikes from the Bike Man - nice bikes w easy drop off/pick up. Recommend new shower curtain in master as the oversized jacuzzi is very dull and needs a facelift.

Relaxing Stay in Key West

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Positive highlights: the pool including southern exposure, large dining table, and comfortable beds. Not shown in pictures is a larger TV (50" ?), a new glasstop range, and coffee maker which can both make a pot and accepts KCups. The unit was nicely furnished with kitchen supplies (cups, plates, pans, measuring cups etc).Negatives insights: a LOT of no see ums, pool area could use more umbrellas (get there by mid-morning), a broken living room chair (wobbles; needs to be repaired or simply removed from the unit), and dated kitchen cabinets of which some don't close properly (should have been replaced 15 years ago). The microwave is not level front to back causing the door to swing open. Also, the main bathroom ceiling fan needs to be replaced (or cleaned?) as it is not working well to remove humidity from taking a shower. In short, I would recommend this property with the reservations above.

Long weekend with Family

The property was clean and as described. My only 2 issues would be that most of the kitchen chairs were broken, either the legs or arms. The other being the ice maker didn't work. I don't know if the ice maker is broken but the ice holder/tray is broken. The whole bottom half of the tray is missing.

Amazing Views and Location

The condo is situated right next to Smathers Beach, and very close to Higgs Beach. You can access the ocean right from the property on a kayak or paddle board (lots of rocks so bring water shoes) so we enjoyed that every morning! We loved the sunset and sunrise from the pool. Great Cuban restaurant within walking distance and a market for small needs. The condo has mostly everything, bc they have grills pool side I was disappointed they didn’t have any grilling utensils, other then that we had everything we needed. The condo was also very spacious and had a great balcony and the beds we’re comfortable enough. My only true annoyance was when I asked if a late check out was possible they said for an additional $25 per hour. I’m a host myself to a cabin in the Blue Ridge mountains and if I can let guests have an extra hour or two I would never charge for that.

Smathers Beach is a few minutes away and there are sidewalks to walk to get there. The pool is large and beautiful and there is a small sandy beach with lounge chairs right below the pool. We were able to take our paddleboard out to the right of the complex, near the nature preserve. We would UBER to the Sunset Pier to watch the sunsets and that was only a few miles away. We were able to watch the sunrise from the pool deck area which was great! The condo itself is spacious and clean. The master bath showerhead does not have great water pressure though. Difficult to wash shampoo out of our hair. We ended up using the hall shower for most of the trip. Communication via text was prompt and we were able to do early check in which worked well with our flight schedule. Would stay here again.

Condo it’s self was spacious for two couples, stocked well, laundry, and two bathrooms. Yes, the place is outdated, but the did not take away from how great the condo was. The only down side was the smell from the nature preserve next to the patio. When the winds blows in a different direction, you don’t smell it. And with all the rain from hurricanes that did not help with the standing water. We would stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation!

Stayed with spouse and 2 adult children. The condo was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities needed including beach towels. It was an easy bike ride to Old City and other attractions. The pool area was beautiful and clean. Management was easy to work with.

The condo is within walking distance to Smather's Beach. It was a safe community to stay at. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. Having a washing machine/dryer was great as well. We could hear people above us walking throughout our trip but other than that it was great and we would stay there again.
