¡La manera perfecta de llevar a tus mascotas contigo en tus vacaciones en Disney / Universal! Disfruta de la comunidad tranquila y relajante de Cumbrian Lakes, ¡pero estás a solo 15 minutos de la puerta principal de Disney y a 25 minutos de Universal Studios!

Para el pianista practicante en su grupo, tenemos un piano vertical en la sala de estar de abajo. Para fiestas sin piano, el piano es un piano con varios rollos de música incluidos.

Este plano de planta abierto, casa de 2 pisos tiene una hermosa suite principal arriba con un baño principal enorme. Hay dos dormitorios adicionales arriba, uno con una cama matrimonial y el otro con 2 gemelos. Esas dos habitaciones comparten un baño completo arriba. En la planta baja, hay una habitación king-size con una puerta corredera que se abre al área de la piscina. Hay otra habitación en la planta baja con 2 camas individuales. Las dos habitaciones de la planta baja comparten un baño completo. Hay un medio baño adicional debajo de las escaleras y otro medio baño afuera en el área de la piscina.

La cocina totalmente equipada lo ayudará a evitar comer fuera todos los días durante sus vacaciones. Hay dos mesas adentro, una con capacidad para 4 y la otra con capacidad para 6. Vajilla y cubiertos incluidos.

El garaje incluye una mesa de billar de tamaño pequeño y una mesa de futbolín.

El área de la piscina y el spa cuenta con una gran cantidad de mesas (para 10) para disfrutar de comidas al aire libre y 4 sillones para relajarse en los días libres de los parques. La piscina se puede calentar por $ 20 adicionales por día + impuestos.

Excellent property!

Quick & easy communication with owner. The house was perfect, clean, and it had everything we needed & much more! It’s rare to find a house so well stocked! Nice, quiet neighborhood, good location, relaxing pool. Plenty of room to spread out, we were 5 adults & never felt like we were on top of each other. Would highly recommend!

Second time booking

This was our second time booking the property and wont be our last! Jason was super responsive from the time before booking and during our stay. We booked last minute and check in was a breeze, the house was clean and ready when we arrived. The house is the perfect distance to stores and restaurants. Universal was only a 20 minute drive. Will definitely book again!

Thrill seekers paradise

Comfortable and spacious house in a nice, gated and quiet area of Kissimmee. Access to the theme parks of Disney and Universal were very easy by car.The pool/jacuzzi area was inviting but spending long days in the parks, we unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of these facilities.The only disappointment was that unlike others properties where everything is included, there were extra costs for pool heating and breakage insurance. Otherwise a pleasant stay to end our vacation.

Amusement parks vacation

Six members of my family traveled from Wisconsin to spend a week at amusement parks in Kissimmee. This house was a perfect base for us being half an hour from each of the parks.The house was clean and had everything we needed as far as kitchen utensils, towels, etc.It was very nice to come home after a long day and swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub

Family vacation

We had a lovely vacation staying at this home. It was the perfect space for our grown daughters, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. The heated pool and hot tub was a bonus for all. We were able to attend the Medeival times dinner theatre which was only 5 minutes away. Aldis and Walmart were also in very close proximity to the property. (5 minute drive) Jason, was very accommodating with regard to any of our requests. A perfect post Christmas vacation!

Excellent house

The house had all that was promised and the neighborhood was also very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the themed rooms looked really nice. Excellent stay

Great vacation rental home

Stayed in this house for 9 nights in June. Owners are wonderful and always answered all questions and concerns quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. Quiet and safe neighborhood. House was wonderful, very clean, and as pictured. Easy drive to Disney parks. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Best Family Vacation!

The house is not only beautiful and spacious, but it sits in a quiet neighborhood and the pool faces a wooded area giving you more privacy and a sense of calmness. My family totally enjoyed their stay…our Puppies loved the house as well. The pool was heated and great! The pool table and piano were fun as well. The house is only 20 min away from Disney with heavy traffic… if no traffic then just 10 min away. I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Orlando. And what was even better was our host Jason! He was with us every step of the way…he answered all of our inquiries within minutes. Best experience on VRBO so far. I will be a returning customer for sure! 10/10!

Great stay

Our stay was great. The house is well set up for a family to stay the week. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to make any meal. The beds are very comfortable. Jason was a wonderful host and was very responsive, he answered all the questions we had and responded very quickly. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Location

Great place to stay

Very clean place to stay I’ve stayed in a lot of houses in Florida this was probably the cleanest ones I’ve stayed in Al the things you need just like being home but on vacation. My mother , aunts and sister loved it to. Jason is a great owner to deal with. Would stay here again. And again .

Clean and peaceful

The property was exactly as the photos shown but the description doesn’t do it justice. It is located just minutes from Disney and all types of restaurants and shopping. The home was so clean and in a quiet neighborhood that made our off days from Disney refreshing. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location for our Disney Trip
