Great professionally run hotel

Perfect place, a very profesional staff, great breakfast, and all food generally. The only but is: it is located on a very busy road. If you have issues with that, ask for a room facing the other side.

I found the hotel clean and functional. Breakfast was very time ltd. Food wasn’t out even for the short time it was supposed to be. It was good food. Not great beds as built up to one side so I had to climb over my husband to get out. Staff very nice and helpful. The hotel situation out of town but the taxi ‘bolt’ was very quick and cheap. £3.50 into kosice.

A short few day stay with family to visit Kosice. Hotel is clean and tidy with all the basic amenities you need. Staff are friendly and helpful at reception, also in the restaurant (for breakfast). There isn't much to do around the area but we had car rental so it was easy to get by. Only downfall is room cleaning - they don't clean anything - only just fold your bed, no change of towels, didn't clean the cups, no top up of tea/coffee either. Overall was a good stay.

There is room for improvement

It is very disappointing to sleep in a hotel where there is a constant electrical pumping noise outside your window when you shut the window to avoid the noise the air conditioner in your room does not work and to make it worse the hotel held a wedding reception where the party went all night without notifying there customers that you will get no sleep all night because of the loud noise. There was no selection of English on free to air Tv including Netflix and YouTube. The breakfast was satisfactory please provide a towel over your bread and tongs should be made available for all selections. No English labels on any of the breakfast selections including the coffee machine. They don’t encourage foreign tourists.

For this room price I expected little bit more, but room was clean. Restaurant was… bad… because of the staff. The waiter has another interest than his work - some girl. I can understand a little, but the people in the restaurant had empty glasses. After 20 minutes without any drink I payd and left.

Disappointment

Arrived at midnight after a delayed flight. Door was locked. Had to use call button to get in. Check-in was okay. Elevator was dirty and musty. Appears they are doing renovations. Room numbers were written on wall next to doors. Room very musty and warm, small, bathroom dingy. Door opening to shower area is very narrow. This hotel markets itself as upper end but definitely not. Very disappointed.

Gratis og nem parkering. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Der er en trappe op til indgangen - men muligt at komme ind uden trapper ved indgangen bag hotellet. Rengøring hver dag. Restauranten lukket for middag fredag. OK godt til prisen. Hotellet ligger i et blandet industri og forretningskvarter - men der er sporvogn ind til centrum.

I forbindelse med "Dogfestival" i Welka Ida skulle jeg bruge et sted at overnatte - og Kongres Hotel Roca løste opgaven. Dog ikke fejlfrit - støj fra andet arrangement fredag musik til kl. 3 om natten. Og restaurant lukket. Men alt i alt - takket være personalet - OK.

Hotel sa odporuca. Izby su ciste a priestranne. Ranajky formou bufetu su velmi dobre. Vecer si este mozete pripit. Zial, podobne ako v Nemecku sa siri zlozvyk brat psa do restauracie. Je to nehygienicke, pretoze hostia sa dotknu psa a potom idu na ranajky formou bufetu. Ani to nie je v poriadku, ak je pes krmeny v restauracii. // Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Abends kann man noch etwas trinken. Leider breitet sich, wie auch in Deutschland, die Unsitte aus, einen Hund ins Restaurant mitzunehmen. Das ist unhygienisch, da die Gäste den Hund anfassen und dann auch an das Frühstücksbuffet gehen. Es ist auch nicht in Ordnung, dass ein Hund im Restaurant gefüttert wird.

Negativ: Waschbecken immer Zimmer sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Dusche hat das Zimmer geflutet. Keine Heizung im Bad (sehr kalt) und aus dem Duschkopf kam überall Wasser raus. Nur zwei Steckdosen im Zimmer und keine am Bett. Positiv: gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal

由於前一天與同事同住"標準套房, 1 張標準雙人床和 1 張沙發床"的房型，所以相對來說"標準雙人房, 1 張標準雙人床"好多了，只是Roca飯店若是商務需求的話，建議至少要有多孔的插座或延長線；另外洗手台旁邊就不要當書桌使用，因為檯面偏淺；最後浴室的隔板胖一點的人會有點困難，廁紙感覺放很久了，還好有一盒面紙；若有價錢等因素，可以試試
