Its really noisy, beds are horrible and the rooms are dirty well the one i got .. there was pee stain on the toilet seat

Scary! Need a security guard to go get dinner. Very old and dated. Did not speak english at reception. Our driver from the car service helped to check us in. 5 min drive from cruise port was the only good thing about it.

This hotel is NOT for tourists. The front desk don't speak English, and it is located in an area which is ABSOLUTELY TERRIFYING, DON'T EVER THINK TO RENT A CAR AND GO THERE, a motor cycle will hit you for sure. Some staff are dependable, "thank you Andre" Giving the low price and cleanness I rated it as 4 stars. If I was going by the area it is located in, it would get only one star.

Great value for the price. Internet is not strong throughout the property. Staff polite and mostly helpful. No facilities for dining. Overall, clean and safe within the facility.

The hotel was worth the price. It isn't the most luxurious hotel but it gets the job done.

Reservamos para un evento importante en la ciudad pero el hotel sobrevendio sus habitaciones y nos quedamos sin habitacion a pesar de tener nuestra reserva con bastante tiempo de antelación.
