Check-in was very simple and the check-out was easy as well! This place was very clean and convenient for us on our trip! We had an issue traveling with our newborn and the owners/evolve were extremely helpful and friendly through the process. Overall wonderful visit!

Exceeded Expectations

We always VRBO, this was a quick trip for UNT graduation and needed a place for my furbaby as well. The Trottage really exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, great location, excellent place for furbaby, although she wouldn’t go out by herself, without me. Communication was great. We never cooked while there, so did not really use the kitchen. Can tell you The Cowboy diner was great! Would stay again, of ever in this area. Owner was great to work with.

Great property

Extremely clean property. This was a "girl trip" with my sister and the property was a little more remote than I expected but worked out great for us. We felt safe in the area. Great communication with property contact. Easy access to highway.

Cozy Convenient Cottage

What a great little place! The unit itself is a little older, but it’s being updated and clean which is important to me. Kitchen was well stock (suggest getting a wine opener) and easy to work in. Couches are comfortable and recline. Even though this is a pet friendly unit, it was cozy for just the 2 of us but would be great if we brought our fur babies. It’s just me, but both mattresses are foam and I just find them difficult to turn over in. Only one of the bedrooms has a tv, and it’s close to the air conditioner, but these are minor nuisances compared to the overall unit and especially where it’s centrally located. Would stay here again.

Fishing Trip

Very clean! Very nice place! Parking is a little tight but we were able to park a 21’ boat and long bed 4 door pickup. Great place!

Weekend Getaway

This is a perfect spot that is close to Denton, Lewisville and an area called 'Grandscape' that has restaurants, theater, shops, etc. and other surrounding areas - also easily accessible to I-35. The "Trottage" has an enclosed fence for our dogs and the decor is very inviting and comfortable. Erika was very quick and sweet in answering my texts. The bonus for us is that there is a walk-in shower for my son who is disabled and unable to pick up his legs in a regular shower.

Felt like home!

The Trottage at Lake Dallas was clean and neat. It had everything we needed to function away from home, including a full kitchen, 2 bed/2bath on opposite ends of the unit for privacy and a fully fenced yard. It is close to everything by car, and we will be back. Thank you to the owners for a great place to stay! We cleaned up very well before checking out, because it is such a nice space, we wanted to keep it that way.

Cute place in a great location

Exactly as described. Extremely clean and fresh. Minutes from the lake and multiple parks. Several good restaurants in the area as well. Will stay here again for sure!

Cute place

Check-in very easy. Owner was so helpful and kind. Place is cute and pretty much like the photos. Place was extremely clean upon arrival. Bed was VERY comfortable. Fenced yard and covered patio were great since I took a pet and it rained quite a bit while we were there. Travel trailer park next to location so we were able to get out and walk without worrying about traffic. Very convenient to Flower Mound for shopping/restaurants, etc although we were there to see family for Christmas. Had a cute little tree set up. No icemaker so make sure you take ice. Coffee bar was cute and nicely stocked. Would stay there again.

Lake Dallas Cozy Getaway

This location was perfect! Close to a lot of things to do from the lake to a few restaurants to a bar if you so choose. The cleanliness of the facility was amazing, lots of little touches that made it feel almost like home. 100% would stay there again. The owners are amazing and communicate way better than any place I have ever stayed.

Lake Dallas Cottage

Great place to stay. Cute and comfy! Great parking and yard for our dogs with secure fence. So clean and just adorable. Easy access to Dallas metroplex. Dallas Aquarium and Great Wolf Lodge were our destinations. I would stay here again!

Cute little Cottage

While we didn't spend too much time on site (we were in town for a wedding) what time we did spend was great. The two bed/two bath situation was perfect. We wish the weather had afforded us usage of the hammock as well!! I do recommend this spot. Although, on a personal note, I am not a fan of the trend of having your guests "do chores" before they leave after spending a pretty penny, and a cleaning fee, to stay somewhere. But, even that, won't stop me from staying here again!
