“普普通通，可以接受，但不幸遇到電梯壞掉的時候”

“The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean with great breakfast. Would definitely recommend this location and will stay here again.”

“For a night, not a bad deal. The room, two queens and a pullout, was spacious and was neatly arranged. Fridge was dirty in the first room, Ac had issues too but the staff had a secondary room ready and was, again a nice layout and neatly done. The staff was somewhat around at a later hour, did take a minute to find someone on a later check in, otherwise wasn’t bad service at all. Only marks are for the dirty fridge and AC, but far from the worst stay, good option.”

“The place is charming. The manager was there is a flash when we needed batteries for the TV remote.”

“Location of the property is excellent. We have stayed here several times and while the prices go up the property always seems to be under construction.”

“Accessible no nearby store, Clean and new, doesn’t smell. But i will appreciate if free breakfast have more protein option.”

“It is a clean, comfortable place to stay with proximity to great things to do in Southwest Michigan. Everything was good/okay. The scent of air freshener or whatever in the room was a bit strong, but not horrible.”

“Overall the hotel portion of the casino is well maintained. Staff helpful and spot on. What surprised me was that I booked a “ smoking room “. I didn’t know that was still an option. Fortunately we were tired enough from our trip to / back from Chicago to not let it affect our ability to fall asleep. That said, the smoke smell was definitely obvious not just a hint of smoke. Make sure you know what you’re reserving. We had no issues with staff and condition of hotel.”
