“This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend...

“My husband and I and our dog wanted to do a weekend getaway. It was only 2 hours from home, however, it was majestic! The property was immaculate. Lush green manicured lawns with amazing trees everywhere. The minute we pulled into the driveway, we knew we had made a great choice. Check in and check out was seamless. We will definitely be going back!!”

The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. ”

Her home is stunning, functional, and very clean. You can tell a lot of pride is taken in the maintenance of her property. We had to have a package sent to her home before our arrival and she informed us when it was delivered. I greatly appreciated all her help in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. “The cottage had everything we needed from drinks and snacks to toothpaste. The best place we have stayed at in Dripping Springs. The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again. Very comfortable accommodations.”

“The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too.”
