Hamilton Pool Preserve Tours

I would not at all recommend staying at this hotel. The amenities are accessible to those who are not staying in the hotel. Specifically, the pool area is a debauchery of a drunken, bodily fluid filled space. The water literally turned into a clouded gray after “first Thursday” which was a party day for this hotel; truly disgusting. It’s not just that the amenities were therefore unusable, but it was outright LOUD. The restaurant on the 4th floor, Geraldine’s, was good and had a great bar and service staff. Bar downstairs messed up our drinks, and was mediocre. The only redeeming factor was the housekeeping staff… they’d have to be an exceptional group to be able to keep up with the people that come and use the public spaces. If you’re going to pay these kinds of prices, go elsewhere.

Had a great stay with a friend this weekend. All the hotel staff I encountered were kind and helpful. They were able to get us checked in early with an upgraded room. We got great treatments at the spa. Our room was beautiful and clean. We were given a ride in the house Audi. The staff was more than accommodating and gave great food recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!
