"Pet Friendly" Beautiful cottage newly decorated in country style, this woodsy get-away boasts breath taking views of the hill country! Ample room for 8 guests; with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath it has ambiance like none other! This cottage backs up to scenic trails and Bluffs Park perfect for an after dinner stroll, just steps away from the outdoor fireplace! The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking enjoyment including skewers for making S'mores! The living area fireplace makes for a cozy afternoon snooze while the porch and outdoor living awaits! One dog is allowed.

​​​​​​​Just outside your door is a paradise deep in the heart of Texas, where water flows through limestone cliffs and the beauty of rock-lined canyons intermingle with the pristine wilderness of the Hill Country. The Hollows Resort is the only master planned community on Lake Travis and is in arguably the most scenic location on the lake. It encompasses 1,500 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country and is surrounded by the clear waters of the premier recreational lake in the southwest.

A short drive through the hills leads you to the Hollows Beach Club with additional amenities. The Beach Club includes a restaurant, an infinity pool, children's pool, fitness center, hot tubs, large smokehouse, hammocks, grills, a sports court, and access to the lake. There are also grassy areas to relax or play yard games. You can launch your boat or personal watercraft at our private boat ramp and store your trailer in a secure area. The full service Hollows Marina has slips for overnight rental, a fuel dock, and a ships store for your convenience. You can also rent ski or pontoon boats at nearby locations. Lake Travis is a 65 mile long take and has many beautiful coves for swimming as well as numerous restaurants, marinas, and services for your days on the water. Whether you're an active type or just like to chill out in nature, our villa at The Hollows on Lake Travis is the place for you! Need more room for family and friends? There are 2 other Cottages a few doors down that may be available.

Clean, well maintained house
Property was just as described. Basic provisions provided by owner, and had cute welcome basket with snacks and goodies. No interaction with host was needed during our stay. Car rental is must in this area. House is near amenities but area is remote, with hills, twists and turns. I would love to come back to area/house.

We only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights we paid for. The place is attractive enough at first but is uncomfortable, inconveniently located, no lake view or access, and no local restaurants other than pub food. The beds , especially the master are uncomfortable to the point that by the second night we gave up and drove home based on that and the other issues. The living furniture also was not great but at least you could sit in them for a 1/2 hour at a time and visit before your rear would fall asleep. No lake access with out driving at last 1/2 hour was a huge disappointment. Also no mention of not using the fire pits outside before renting was super disappointing. The other big problem is a total lack of restaurants in the area without driving at least 1/2 hour to the other side around the oasis area. I suppose this is an individual choice. For us we were not looking to cook or eat pub food all weekend which are the only two choices. Maybe individually we would have stuck it out for the 3 days. But all combined we decided against it. If the beds and living room furniture were replaced with something more tolerable it would be ok. We wish the advertising were more honest about the complete lack of outside meal choices, no fire pit allowed, and no lake access.

Great, comfortable stay!
This cottage is wonderfully appointed. Nicer but more affordable than other options in the Hollows. Fully stocked, spacious kitchen. Very private porch, a lot of outdoor seating. Inside is open and spacious. Great bedrooms and baths. Garage is available to park cars which is a nice touch. The Hollows Beach Club is a very short drive and a great place to cool off. (This is a 3BR/2BA, not a 3BR/3BA. Description says space for 8 with 2 pets but property is listed max 6 guests and "no pets". Mattresses may need rotated, flipped, or replaced.)

Loved and enjoyed our vacation-a must visit!
Our family can’t wait to go back!! We loved our vacation, the home and neighborhood had exceeded our expectations. The owners truly care about their home and have thought of every little detail in making our stay pleasant. The views were amazing!! Our boys enjoyed exploring the outdoors, the park, trails and marina. The only reason we didn’t swim was because it was too cold. But the Beach Club and pools are nice! We saw raccoons, squirrels, deer and even a friendly fox! Can’t say enough about the home and the Hallows. We definitely will make this an annual vacation!

Great cottage for Hill Country retreat. The house is clean, comfortable, and has good amenities. The backyard is quiet and relaxing with added benefit of easy access to a small community park. Overall very enjoyable.

The backyard patio was everything!! We spent about 90% of our time relaxing outside since the patio was so large and the fans out there made it very pleasant. Definitely turning this location to an every year type thing. Home was just as described on the listing. Having 4 parking spaces was a plus as well! Can’t wait to return!

Covid getaway
The house and experience were as expected. Back patio with fans was wonderful. Garage was useful. Pool was managed very well by attentive staff. Because of Covid, we brought all of our food and ate in. Kitchen well supplied. Only shortcoming was dull knives. Due to week long stay we requested extra paper products and they arrived the next day.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!
We loved everything about our stay!!! While some of the amenities were still closed due to COVID, we were expecting that so it was not an issue for us. The cottage and property were absolutely beautiful, and it was by far the most stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. We hope to come back again later this summer!

Jonestown Cozy Cabin
If you are looking for a relaxing, refreshing get away, this is the place for you. Whether just a couple or a family, you will be impressed with the cabin, property and amenities. This pristine cabin is nicely nestled in a wooded property with a lovely view of nature. The outdoor living area, fireplace and grill were conducive to lengthy conversation and lots of family fun. Lots of amenities, although we were unable to use them due to closures as a result of ordinances closing them to prevent any possible spread of COVID-19. There are numerous marinas close by were you can rent your choice of aquatic equipment. A couple of markets close by and some nice family style restaurants. The property manager was always available and very helpful. Simply a lovely property! We plan on visiting again.
