“My sister made a reservation under my moms account since it was late and we were going to a music festival but had to set up tents. Since it was under my moms acct, they did not honor it and wouldn't even FaceTime my mom or speak to her. We had some special accommodation requests and Maddi was very attentive and accessible throughout our stay.
