“This was our first trip to the island and we were not disappointed. The beachfront location of this condo is great, and the views from the balcony are amazing. We actually walked to Bridge St for dinner both nights of our stay. We loved that the complex was small which made finding a spot on the beach easy. The condo itself was very nice and our family of 4 had plenty of space. We would definitely rent again! ”

“Owner communication was amazing. We were traveling by car over 700 miles so we did arrive slightly early and we were allowed to check in. The condo is clean. Well equipped. Some beach toys in a closet that was a nice surprise. Kitchen well equipped, however, very little counter space so it was difficult to prep food. We just used the dining table. The location is perfection. The small elevator is a bit of a challenge and it is very slow but a small price to pay. The pay laundry facility is right...

“Very nice property. Excellent location. Well equipped and good management team. It DOES need a new mattress in the main BR and a new toilette on same bathroom. Headboards on all beds needs to be fixed properly. We could return if those items are corrected.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with private beach access and being basically on the middle of the key it was easy to navigate to restaurants using the free Trolley or just driving. There was a small issue with the room being cleaned prior to arrival but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of quickly. The pools on site were always empty, we didn’t end up using them because we were at the beach so much but seemed very clean and well taken care of, if we stayed...

“Great location and beach access- pool is awesome! Unit doesn’t face the ocean, but it’s right there! Very low key- place is very clean. WiFi is spotty and would not be good if you are planning to work while staying- that is an island wide issue I believe- No stove, but has everything else a kitchen needs and a grill- we would come back! ”
