“We had good communication with specific easy directions to get in. The place was immaculate and very charming. Very thoughtful with the ammenities. Bed was very comfy. Only thing I can say is I wish I could of been able to control the heater. It was a chilly night and most people would love they were thoughtful to have it toasty in there. "I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there."
