The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The pool was lovely and always tranquil. The umbrellas and chairs and wagons for the beach were easy to access and always available. The only issue seemed to be that there was very, very little water pressure in our bathroom and kitchen sinks, and the hot water took a good 10 minutes to heat up. The air conditioner in our bedroom made a very loud rattling noise, which was sometimes frustrating in the middle of the night. But overall, we had a lovely stay. The private pool was heated and wonderful. The unit was very nice with everything you would need. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cool for the Gulf. The unit was perfect for our family of 4\. While the weather was cool while we were there, the kids could still enjoy the heated pool and sunshine. We were grateful for the beach towels, buggies, chairs, and umbrellas for our day at the beach - it was so close! The staff (Bre!) was incredible and very friendly and our room was always clean and stocked for us! They supply all kinds of useful things - a wagon, chairs and umbrella for the beach. A very nicely appointed kitchen. Comfy beds etc. Lovely pool in the courtyard and very nice, attentive staff. Friendly staff who offered a rolling cart for beach items before check-in time. Nice pool and deck area, wish they had a spa, but the pool water was a pleasant temperature. The room/suite was spacious with a full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and private patio, was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The living room furniture was the best I’ve seen in a rental. They had beach bags, chairs, wagons, and quality beach towels at our disposal.
