Great service, clean room with plenty of space to move around, staff was very helpful, used froghop to get back and forth to the beach and had great service especially with it being a holiday. Would highly recommend staying here.

It was quiet for the most part and accessible to many places to eat however most things did not work or worked poorly. The stove top did not work at all, the wifi connection was spotty, there was a point where the wayer stopped working, and the lights hardly worked or you had to push the switches hard and wait a minute for them to come on

We ended up staying here because the hotel we originally booked, sent us an email the day before we were leaving to tell us their pool would be undergoing maintenance while we were there (and the only place we wanted to be). We're so glad that happened because we loved the Hibiscus Suites! It exceeded any expectation we may have had. Russ and the rest of the staff was super friendly and accomodating, the rooms were BIG and completely updated, with a small kitchen, and living room, which we were not expecting. It was amazing. And the pool was perfect and open! The location is ideal. You can walk or take the Frog Hopper to the beach, restaurants and pretty much anywhere else. We'd definitely stay here again
