Our newly listed and completely renovated/furnished lakefront corner condo is located on the 2nd floor (one flight of stairs) of a two-story building (no building elevator) situated in Shorewalk, one of the most popular communities in Bradenton, Florida, known for its resort style amenities, which include (2 heated outdoor pools/jacuzzies, 2 lighted tennis courts, fully staffed clubhouse, billiard room, shuffle board and outdoor BBQ grills).

This 1250 sq. ft. condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. Get a great night’s sleep on the king size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a dresser drawer, night stands, mounted flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and its own master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two cozy twin size beds, dresser drawer, night stand, mounted flat-screen TV, closet and a full bathroom with a tub shower located next to the bedroom. Do you love to cook? Perfect, the kitchen is fully furnished and has all new appliances to help you prepare that perfect meal. Do you want to be able to do your own laundry? No problem, there is a washer and dryer next to the guest bathroom. The condo also includes a separate dining area that comfortably sits up to 6 people. This a great place to enjoy your meal, play cards or just hang out with your friends and loved ones. The living room has a wraparound couch, this is the perfect place to take a nap after a long day at the beach or the pool. Want to watch your favorite show or movie, don't worry there is a mounted smart flat screen TV in the living room. Do you want to completely disconnect from everything? OK, then we have a perfect spot for you, the lanai. This a wonderful place to read your favorite book, enjoy your breakfast or sip on your favorite cup of coffee while listening to the gentle sounds of water coming from the lake fountain. Oh, and if you must catch up on your emails, don’t worry there is Free Wi-Fi in the condo, but don’t forget you are on vacation so don’t work too hard. We had an excellent stay in this beautifully updated apartment. Only thing really missing from the apartment were beach towels for use by guests. We spent most of our days on nearby Anna Maria island but being so close to all the restaurants and stores was a big plus. We enjoyed bbqs by the pool most evenings and the entire property never felt too crowded, even when the holiday weekend arrived. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were in town for a family celebration -mom, dad, adult son & DIL The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Kitchen had basic amenities and nice appliances. It was too hot to enjoy the screen porch and we never made it to the pool. 😞 Easy check in/out. I would consider staying again.

Overall OK
While the property itself was ok, the cleanliness could have been better. The sinks in the master bath did not drain unless you took the plunger off. Some pots and pans were put away with food on them and the grates in the oven did as well. The washer has a strong musty smell. The property owner tried to remedy it, but I think the smell is on the seal of the washer which was not cleaned when he came to look at it. The dryer kept overheating and you had to leave the door open to let it cool down and that took over an hour. The air return vent was covered with dust and looked like it hadnt been wiped down for a while Other than these issues, we enjoyed our time there.

The communication was stellar with Ervin. A beautiful condo that we very much enjoyed. Below are some areas that could use improvement for next time. - Floors were dirty - feet were filthy every time we walked on them with shoes. - Can opener did not work - Washing machine smelled like mildew - Large tree branch right in front of rear screened in porch that blocks view - Table and chairs on the front porch are not clean enough to sit on. - Not your fault, but the pond/lagoon was overgrown with algae - not visually appealing. Thanks again for the awesome place to stay!

This condo is in a beautiful complex, close to everything but still very quiet and serene. The two pools were absolutely amazing. They were warm and open for long hours. My favorite place in the condo was the screened in porch overlooking a pond with turtles and ducks.

Quiet week in Bradenton
Entire apartment was updated and clean except for floors. Think the cleaners missed here. Also, Ervin was quick to respond if we had any questions/concerns. Unit was also very close to grocery, restaurants and about 10-15 from the beach. There were two pools that were very warm which was great. I would say the complex gave more of a apartment building vibe vs. a condo. Also, there was no lake. Small low ponds were spread throughout the buildings. This unit also is in the first set of buildings as you drive in. Construction at entrance, noise from cars passing and this area is dark from many established trees. Again, unit was great, as was Ervin. For the money a fair value for what the unit offers.

My family of four had the best time at this location. When we first entered the condo my children raved about how beautiful it was. It is exactly as pictured. It's beautiful! Cleanliness is a big thing for me when staying at these places and I can say this condo was very clean! Ervin was amazing! I needed to contact him once during my stay and he responded back instantly and was so kind! The pool attendants were wonderful, we got to know each of them by name on our 2 week stay. Everything you need has already been provided. The proximity to stores are the best we've ever had. All the major supermarkets are about three minutes away so it made it super easy to get groceries. There are great restaurants close by, if you want a super friendly homie atmosphere with great food the Anna Maria Oyster bar is perfect for that ( the one thats about 5 minutes from the condo). My 2 young children absolutely loved it. Wonderful costumer service! If your looking for super fresh and extremely yummy seafood Tide Tables is amazing! The beaches are a short drive away. We went to all three and we loved that there are a ton of parking spaces and it's free to park at them all. It's even free to take the trolley. Over all it was a fantastic vacation!
