"Amazing accommodation outside of busy area, very quiet, clean, comfortable. The double bed is an American queen size, “family” room also had two twins, perfect for a family of four! Amazing bathroom with waterfall shower and the best water pressure. Accommodating staff, great breakfast. Worth the 15 min walk to the river and landmarks. Would stay here again! Highly recommend!!"

"My family and I were so impressed with this hotel and the staff. It's a great, clean and well kept property in a wonderful location. It's a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and it is a great location for food, shopping and sightseeing. We had a suite which was spacious and clean. The hotel staff is what really makes this hotel special. Everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful and attentive to all of their guests. For example, Angela was extremely helpful and offered guests ideas on what to see in other cities. I could say something about all of the front desk staff and bellmen, but I don't have their names. Seriously, they are the best hotel staff!! I 100% recommend this hotel and My family and I would stay here again. We are picky about where we stay and we all loved it. "

"I love the attention to detail..the in room bathroom products 'Zenology' were amazing. Loved the kettle! Very comfortable bed and the air-conditioning was so very welcome. The staff at reception were so welcoming and very helpful. All the hospitality staff - bar, cafe and restaurant were all so friendly. The breakfast was so good and catered for gluten free dining. Incredible views from the rooftop...the pool was incredible... I absolutely recommend 'The Social Hub' as an amazing place to stay while enjoying Florence and neighbouring locations. Excellent stay, thank you so much. "
