Die Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel und jedes mit eigenem vollständigem Bad, man kommt sich keine Sekunde in die Quere. Die Küche bietet alles notwendige in guter Qualität und - wir sind da recht pingelig - wir mussten nicht mal die Gläser vor Gebrauch auswischen, alles tiptop! “The house was just what we were looking for, an oasis of tranquility. It is as it appears in the photos. Beautiful views and perfectly equipped house. Our dog was happy among the olive trees. Highlight how absolutely clean the house was. We did many excursions, we spent time in Luca all within short distance of the house. With car everything is at hand. Massimo very friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure!”

“Set inside a visitor park, at first we were disappointed by the location. It is actually behind private property signs in its own area (better fencing and signage would improve it). It is quiet (especially during the week) and with gorgeous views. The pool is a few strides from the house, rather than attached, but is pleasant and unusual. The owner was very kind and friendly and could not be more helpful - it is very welcoming. We had a fantastic stay, thank you.”

A little hard to find the first night when we arrived after dark, and you wouldn’t want to be without a car as it’s too far to walk to the village or train station. Absolutely beautiful views from every window and patio! We loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat.”

“Beautiful and cosy house surrounded by old olive trees in a quiet garden. The view from the terrace reaches as far as Lucca. We enjoyed wonderful evenings here with pizza from our own pizza oven. The pool exceeded our expectations. Even in autumn, it is still very sunny until late in the afternoon and invites you to chill out. The house is stylishly furnished and very clean.”

“Das Objekt liegt perfekt, man kommt überall schnell hin. Das Dorf ist ruhig und das Haus abgelegen. Der Pool ist mega. Der Garten ist groß und eingezäunt und perfekt für Hunde. Das Haus Und die Einrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch verbringt man die Zeit im Garten und man kann diese Zeit auch genießen”

Guiseppe the property manager was a star - he cooked for us three times and it was delicious and helped us with everything we needed. The area is also spectacular - the medeival town nearby is charming and full of great options and the house provides a good jumping off point to explore tuscany.”

“I can’t say enough about this trip of a lifetime. The villa is spectacular. The staff are amazing. They planned an excellent birthday dinner in the courtyard, a cooking class and a fabulous lunch at the villa. All of the food was excellent. The property manager could not have done anything better. She made several reservations for us and even purchased a few things for my grandson to assure that his trip was special. We felt like royalty. We will be back!!”

“Everything exceptional, the Villa, the hosts, the local area! The Villa was clean and comfortable, really felt like home! The outside dining area was superb and conducive to a number of great suppers and fine wine! The entire experience…relaxing! Simone and Angela were responsive and attentive, questions or concerns readily addressed. They provided recommendations and insights into the local area, things to see and places to dine! Overall, the Villa is a fantastic way to experience local culture...

“We were a family group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers and had an amazing time at this beautiful villa situated in an amazing location. The villa itself is large and spacious and the amenities are ideal - good size bedrooms, ample kitchen / dinning area, basement pool table room (although pool table has seen better days). The garden is lovely, great outdoor dinning areas with BBQ and a lovely swimming pool, plenty of pool inflatables and also x2 adult bikes and x2 childrens bikes. However one concern...

“Wir haben zwei rundum schöne Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wunderschön gelegen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber dennoch gut zu meistern, wir hatten mit unseren vw Bulli keine Probleme und wurden mit einer fantastischen Aussicht belohnt. Für Hundebesitzer gut zu wissen: das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, war also auch mit Hund sehr entspannt. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und kommen gerne nochmal wieder!”

“Super, propriétaire trés sympa nous a trés bien informés. Le village de Calci est trés agréable il y a tout, de très bon restaurants un glacier super et l'emplacement est au top. On a l' impression d'être en pleine campagne alors que l'on est à deux pas du village, tout peut se faire à pied. Très beau séjour et de belles découvertes”
