“Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno presso questa struttura e ci ha stupiti positivamente superando ogni nostra aspettativa. I cottage sono splendidi, letti comodissimi e gli spazi generosi. La cucina e'ben fornita e non c'e'nulla che sia risultato fuori posto. La piscina e'la chicca del villaggio e l'abbiamo utilizzata tutti i giorni del nostro soggiorno. Torneremo in futuro e consiglieremo a tutti questa stupenda struttura.”

“Mooie woning, mooie spullen die aantiek aandoen en prachtig zijn, mooi landschap eromheen en veel ruimte. Alleen de wifi leverde af en toe wat problemen op, maar Mr. Giulio (de eigenaar) snelde echt met een oplossing en een snellere verbinding proberen te bewerkstelligen. Echt een aanrader dit huis.”

“It is a perfect place to stay and visit Viareggio/Lucca/Florence/Sienna and drive all the small roads in between. The cottage itself is great. The pictures on the site make it small but it is nice and wide. Big enough for 2 people to stay, nice terrace, nice complete kitchen, big and great bathroom. Bedroom is spacious and linked to the bathroom. The driveway to the cottage is movie worthy. We loved it and if possible we will return in the near future.”

“This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional.”

“We spend 1 excellent week in this villa. The villa is well equipped. The swimming pool is large and the children enjoyed it. The villa is in a quiet village and is well located (about 20 min by car from Pisa or Lucca and 1h to Firenze). It was heart breaking to leave. ”

“Sejour d'une seule nuit. Super accueil. Suberbe chambre. Superbe environnement. Au calme au milieu des Oliviers. Piscine non utilisé mais gros plus en periode estivale. Je recommande les yeux fermés”

“In der Fewo ist alles da was man braucht und es war sauber. Die Terrasse bei der Fewo ist groß und schön. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Sandwich und einer Flasche Wein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Unser Urlaub war wunderschön. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend. Das Haus auf dem Grundstück, auf dem die lieben Vermieter auch in ihrem schönen Haus leben, ist sehr idyllisch. Das Grundstück ähnelt einem kleinen Park. Es ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt angelegt und gepflegt. Das Highlight ist der Pool, welcher circa 10 Meter lang und 5 Meter breit ist. Einfach genial. Die Vermieter sind zwar da, aber halten sich absolut im Hintergrund. Es fehlte an nichts. Nach Lucca sind es gerade mal 20...

“we stayed in this house for 2 weeks - working remotely, hiking, riding the 2 bicycles that were waiting for us, going to Lucca for dinner and more. the house is small but comfortable for 2 people, the bedroom is great. the kitchen is not big but it has all the things we needed. Alessandra was great: gave us reccomendations for trails, supermarkets, and even gave us a ride to the car rental agency. Thanks Alessandra!”
