“This has got to be the most preposterous experience I have ever experienced at an establishment. I stayed for one night, and after catching an early flight, I realized I had left a small personal item still plugged in the hotel room. After I landed in my destination on a Sunday, the hour was still before my official check-out time, so I called them immediately and explained. Over the phone, the man at the reception confirmed that the item can be picked up. He specifically asked me what date and……
