Almost perfect Is done getting any better?
Overall, it was very enjoyable. My suggestion, however, is to get drawers so we don’t have to live out of our suitcase. The light above the dining table did not work. The light above the entrance to the apartment stayed on 24 seven, and the light in the bathroom flickered by the mirror. As a sidenote And this is personal preference. I did not like the concrete benches and table outside. I would’ve preferred chairs. You can lean back on and get a little sun. It didn’t feel comfortable to eat out there. Please don’t think we didn’t enjoy ourselves because we did the view as you enter the apartment is absolutely spectacular And everything is very well stocked thank you so much. We would consider coming here next year as well.

Fun stay!
Amazing view and accommodations! So many activities to do close by, golf, biking and walking trails, kayaking, and pickleball courts. The pool area at the resort is great with two pools and a hot tub ! Food and beverage available in the Village!!

Lovely stay at the Viera
This is our 4th stay at Joyce's condo. Everything always exceptional. On a trip through Lake Mead Recreational area and Valley of Fire saw 14 mountain goats, 3 wild horses and a few small lizards.

Christmas Vacation
Everything about our stay was excellent with no surprises. The home is perfect and the view is better than I imagined. We have stayed at Lake Las Vegas 3 times in the past 4 months and this was the best.

Nice place to stay out of Vegas
This was a nice place for us to stay a few nights. December is definitely off-season, so it was extremely quiet. A short walk to the grocery and restaurants. Nice view. The condo was well equipped and we had everything we needed to make a few meals. It was a good value and we would stay again.

Resort!
My husband and I attended the NBAA Convention in Las Vegas. We were so overwhelmed with the absolute beauty of Lake Las Vegas and resort feel of the condo. We had dinner three out of four nights at the wonderful Italian restaurant steps away. We worked all day and returned each evening looking forward to our oasis in the desert. The condo is clean and was perfect for the two of us and the deck is a great spot for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. We will return!

Wonderful Henderson Condo - Excellent Location
Had a wonderful side trip to Henderson - Condo is very clean and has everything you could want. Beautiful view of Lake Las Vegas. Close to Mountain River Loop trail for bike riding. A wonderful little oasis in Henderson.

Well appointed with a beautiful view
Our stay was a 5 star experience. Our host was friendly and prompt in her communications. The unit was spotless and nestled right in the village. Having free covered parking was a great plus for us. The seasons market and many really good restaurants are a quick walk away. I have to admit to having several servings of gelato from the quaint little shop, Bella’s. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect stay!
100% happy with my stay, 100% recommend to others. If anything about the listing appeals to you, just book it, there will be no unhappy surprises. The condo was exactly as described/pictured, but also so much nicer than it has to be, if you know what I mean? The price is so reasonable that you may assume that there will be some compromises on quality, but not at all. Super nice place. Things that were important to me: whole place is impeccably clean; bed is lovely and comfy- not too soft, not too firm, no squeaks or creaks, I could get in/out without disturbing my partner, sheets were LUXE; kitchen well appointed, including with matching glasses, dishes, and silverware, quality TFal skillets (unscratched!!), both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker (which I prefer). The building overall was clean, well lit, felt perfectly safe, the grounds and pool area were always clean and usable, the laundry room was clean. Parking was easy and we always were able to find a spot in the underground garage. Joyce, we had no reason to contact you because we had no problems or issues so let us say here: thank you, your place is lovely and we had a perfect stay!

Close to recreation
Property was as described, with view from balcony that is actually more lovely than shown. Grounds well maintained. Close to Lake Meade, bike trails, hiking, and easy drive to Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, and Colorado River. Secure bike rack in secure garage was handy. Wish the condo had more accommodation for luggage, though. Only drawer space was in night stands. Closet space was reduced by tall file cabinet in it, and armoire in bedroom was locked. Suitcases, and therefore most of our clothes, were on the floor for our three week stay. Kitchen had sufficient equipment (we brought our own air fryer), perhaps glasses other than all wine glasses would be good. Wifi was fast enough for remote online working, never any problem. Mattress was firm, but comfortable. Pleasant stay.

Wonderful Stay!
Our stay at the condo was fantastic! We we were able to enjoy a long weekend in Lake Las Vegas while attending a wedding in the area. Joyce was extremely helpful and responsive. The view from the condo was the best in the building (and we were able to compare as we had family in other units). The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was extremely comfortable and the condo was very clean. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in Lake Las Vegas.

We love coming to the Lake Las Vegas community. This unit has a beautiful view, it was clean and quiet. It’s located near parks, golf courses and restaurants. It’s also a very short drive to the strip. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo-better than vegas
Love staying at Lake Las Vegas! Joyce had very nice amenities like coffee for first morning. Many rentals don’t and when you arrive really late it is appreciated. I did travel with my 18 year old son and there are not sheets for the pull out sofa. Not a problem for us, but might be for different kid!

Beautiful property with many thoughtful extras (i.e. coffee, laundry detergent). Across the valley from the Vegas Strip so very quiet and relaxing. But for people who want to visit the strip it's an easy drive.

Above and beyond expectations
Started with my mom on a girls trip. The view is beautiful. We spent every morning drinking coffee on the balcony. So close to the national park that we spent a great deal of time in. Easy commute to Las Vegas. Everything we needed to make our meals was there. Int is beautiful. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond. I would go back again for sure.

Cheapest Owners I have Ever Encountered
Had I received an accurate representation of the property, I would never have selected it and after staying there I would give it a 1+.for location only. I did vape in the unit and paid my dues, although I feel I should get at least some rebate for the sub-standard unit and accommodations. Here's My List: 1. The toilet seat and lid are extremely dangerous. When you attempt to put the seat down, the lid suddenly and randomly decides to whip down and crush your hand. I have pictures of the bruises on the back of my hand and my toilet fix. 2. The enormous armoire in the bedroom is locked and I had to keep my clothes on the bed/floor. 3.Bedroom wall switches are not utilized by plugging in the lights to the proper outlet, so it is always like working in the dark. 4. The TV has no network channels(NO FOOTBALL or MLB) and the cheapest cable I have ever seen. 5. Too cheap to fix the ice maker. 6. The front door closes securely about half the time. But that's OK, its almost impossible to open the patio door. Giving out the code also enables all those who have it to enter the property and unit, unless it is changed after use. NOT A VERY SECURE UNIT.. 7. Furnace constantly runs, unless its on and then it runs differently. 8.Throw rug is a pain, constantly curling when walked on. 9. The directions and instructions about the location were marginal. Street sign impossible to locate at night. This is my first disappointment with a VRBO stay. A lot of major and minor inconveniences that I should not have to put up with for any price. .

Best of both worlds!!
Great view of surrounding mountains from this 6th floor premium location condo. Beautiful! Pools are nice and super easy to get too from the condo. Parking easy and secure. Less than 20 minutes and easy drive into The Strip for a show. Head east to explore Lake Mead, the dam and hold onto your hats on the Tillman bridge. Really cool! Great location condo.

Lovely alternative to the strip! Feels like staying in a 5 star resort!
We loved this condo! The view of the pool from the living room took our breath away when we walked in the doors! Everything in the condo is as depicted in the rental listing. Check in was simple and Joyce was always available via text if needed. You will feel like you're staying in a resort. Parking was easy and plentiful even on the nights we got in after midnight. It's a quick 20 minutes to the strip and within a short drive of several stores. I believe there are a few stores and restaurants within walking distance as well. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our trip. We have recommended this condo to all of our friends and family. It's an excellent alternative to a hotel on the strip. The area is also beautiful. You wont be disappointed staying here!

The view was amazing! The bed was comfortable, there were enough towels for our 10 day stay. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to create a wonderful meal. For those lazy nights, we were able to enjoy crepes, cafe mocha, Mexican and Italian food. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Really nice condo
The condo is very nice and well equipped with everything we needed. The pools are beautiful with plenty of chairs for everyone. The location is perfect for walking a few steps to the restaurants and grocery store. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I would change is the furniture on the patio. It is made of stone and is not the most comfortable place to sit. Overall a great weekend. Thanks for letting us enjoy your condo.
