DO NOT STAY HERE - BUYER BEWARE
The good "hosts" are far and few between anymore and most are like this guy. Where the bottom line is to extort you out of as much of your money as possible. I booked the whole property for my stay. During the messages exchanges the "host" couldn't understand that it was only going to be me and maybe one other. To which it was replied, well that is another $75 more per person, per day. The host is nothing short of a con artist. Rent the whole property, then change the listing to let you know that if you want to use the whole house, well that is going to be more money. Staying by yourself, well you only get 1 room. Want the whole property, well that will be more money. Paid the cleaning fee, well don't matter, that's more money. Want the other rooms in addition to the whole house, well its $35 more dollars per room, per day. I really wish I could post the screen shots from the conversation, but all I can do is URGE anyone that reads this to look else where. This "host" wasted my time, took $XXXX+ dollars, refused to let me stay and wont talk to VRBO to resolve the issue. I had to make a last minute booking else where. Again DO NOT STAY OR BOOK ANY PROPERTIES with this "host".

Chris, this is widely absurd! You reported 1 guest for your stay and then begin to have over 6 guest attending. You last minute canceled because you couldn't afford the extra guest fee, then you wouldn't accept our cancelation policy and committed credit card fraud to state that you didn't reserve our home or wanted to stay there. Our home listing is very transparent and even VRBO had a tough time with Chris and his anger/disrespect. While we are very transparent, and have many positive reviews, I can assure any guest staying here or considering our home based on this review, that this is an isolated incident with a guest who is not aware of their bookings. We never charge per room or part of the house. We only have an extra guest fee in order to accommodate all guest sizes and make it the most affordable for both large and small party of guests. Beware of Chris, not a good communicator nor very transparent with is bookings.

Fit our needs perfectly!

This was a great home for 4 adult men to stay and have private rooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Well stocked. Nice neighborhood. The coffee pot was cracked so couldn't make coffee but other than that, perfection!

OK, but…
Pro: AC was on 24/7 for the duration of our stay as Vegas was 111°. The AC thermostat did have a locked code box around it. Having access and being able to park in the garage was great. Neighborhood was ok, quiet neighbors until the second night of our stay. A few rounds of fireworks went off at about 11:50 pm, mind you it was July 9th. Con: In one of the bedrooms, there was hair on the bedsheets and under the pillow as one of my family members told me. Beds were painfully hard to sleep on, especially in the master bedroom. The mattress in the master bedroom was on a plywood board. So every time I tossed and turned in my sleep, the bed would squeak so loud. That was the case also in the bedroom that was found with hair on the bed. I have never encountered this in all my years of renting people’s home. All the bedroom doors have a key code pad to enter, except the master bedroom. So if you don’t have enough people staying with you, you won’t have access to those rooms. Not sure why the host would do this because after all, I am renting the entire house, not just renting half of the house. I just find this really strange. Master bath, there is door in the master bath that leads to the backyard. The privacy film that was used on the window of the door was peeling. I was afraid there would be a peeping Tom. Kitchen was a bit under equipped. Please make sure to provide your future guests with enough plates and bowls. There were no dish towels. A bit far from the Vegas strip, about a 15 min drive, depending on traffic. Curb appeal was less than desirable. There was a covered jeep parked on the front yard gravel.

We were in Vegas for my nieces wedding. It was nice to have our own place to unwind after the festivities. It was in great condition. The amenities (soap, towels, spices, etc) were plentiful. Over all it was a great experience. We even met Donny and Marie next door.

We stayed a short 15ish minutes away from the strip and the house was lovely. The renters were nice and accommodating. Getting there was easy. My wife wanted to live in the house, it was super cozy. Not sure if the front yard was being renovated or something because it was just a pile of rocks. But that didn’t take away from how gorgeous this house was on the inside. We’d definitely stay again.

Wedding party for my daughter's wedding
We stayed from Thurs to Sunday for my daughters' wedding. Very good impression as we walked in, it was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our party of 11. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows for the 3 that slept on the couches. we showed up a few at a time and the wedding party of about 10 on Saturday. Manager was available for any of our questions. I would reccomend this home to anyone and we will definitely stay again in the future if we have more family getogethers.

Perfect family location
We had an excellent experience at this spacious home. Ow was very clean and we'll kept. Everything in the kitchen worked well, and we had all the kitchen utensils we needed for our meals. We stayed with our two young boys at this house while in Las Vegas visiting family. It was the perfect location in a safe neighborhood. It was a short drive to the strip and had a garage space for our car. We were very happy with our stay and would happily stay here again in the future.

The walls, baseboards, shower curtains, floors, decor, light switches, cupboards and kitchen pantry was dirty. Needs dusting and cleaning in every room. House is good. Check in and out easy. Quick response to questions. We could only use one side of the garage because there was already a car in it.

This house was clean and spacious. Stay here if you want to come “home” to a nice quiet neighborhood after a good night of partying. The drive to Fremont and Vegas strip wasn’t long at all plenty of alcohol stores nearby and a few dispensaries. Great place. Definitely will stay again.

Amazing bday vacation!
The house itself was shiny and beautiful upon arriving, it was not located too far from the strip but overall a wonderful and quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the mountains. Really enjoyed the advance AC! Definitely would come again, the host was very communicative and answered/ fixed all questions and concerns throughout my stay. Definitely would recommend if visiting Vegas!

Great rental home in North Las Vegas
Three guys on a week long golf vacation. The house was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and location was great. About 15 min to The Strip, Fremont Street.....golf courses 20-30 min away, and supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants about 10-15 min away. The VRBO owners were very prompt and courteous in all their responses to my questions about booking as well as questions we had about the home when we first arrived. I’d stay here again next time n Las Vegas.

Amazing home !
This house surpassed all expectations. I don’t think the pictures reflect truly how amazing and home like it truly is. We got the Vegas experience but the comfort of being at our own home. Everyone loved all the rooms and the kitchen space was so big! We felt super safe and loved the neighbor. Even the neighbors were telling us they hope we enjoy our stay! We all would definitely re-book this home. Can’t thank you enough !

Great house in north Las Vegas
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable. Plenty of room. In a nice quiet neighborhood. Took us about 20 minutes to get to the MGM. Be aware that you are renting the number of bedrooms. We thought we had the whole house but when we arrived, only two bedroom doors were unlocked. When I reread the description it does comment that additional people cost more, but we didn’t realize the bedrooms would be closed off. We needed 3 beds so a quick text to the owner and the problem was taken care of. Thanks Jorge for being so accommodating. We wish we could have rented your Jeep!
