Location location & a great view

The place was just as advertised. The layout of the room gives you more space than a hotel room for your down times. The space was well equipped for what we needed during our stay. It is easy to get from the tower to the MGM with tunnels. Being on the 33rd floor also helps with the view of the strip and area. Joe was very proactive with room information and making sure our stay was on track.

Staying at this condo was an even better deal than staying at one of the big strip hotels! Location was great- it’s attached to the MGM Grand, the unit is incredibly spacious and has a small kitchen, the bed was nicely firm and there is a sofa bed as well, valet parking with in and out privileges was just outstanding. You just cannot get this kind of deal on the strip. The owners were so easy to communicate with and they provided excellent instructions from start to finish! You just can’t go wrong with this stay- definitely a must if you want to visit Vegas!

Getaway in Vegas
Communication with Joe, the owner, was very good. The condo was as described and the location was close enough to the strip yet far enough you got a break. The Towers are connected to MGM Grand with a daily walk through (about 8 min) to the MGM to get to the dining and strip. The condo was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. My only issue was NO Keurig coffee machine. Although I did communicate with Joe prior to my arrival who informed me there was a “single” cup coffee maker for which housekeeping supplies just two packets of the pre filtered coffee for the machine BUT then you are on your own to buy more coffee from somewhere or go to Starbucks downstairs everyday. So for all the Keurig Coffee Aficionados, we gifted this condo with a mini Keurig. So all you have to do is pack your favorite PODs in your luggage (like we did) and enjoy the convenience and fresh hot brew of your own favorite coffee at your discretion. We were then able to enjoy our morning coffee without having to worry about getting dressed and going down to Starbucks for their $8 cup of coffee. Don’t know why in todays day and age one wouldn’t have a Keurig, and unfortunately, they weren’t able or willing to reimburse us for the purchase, so please enjoy on us. Afterall, coffee makes the day which makes your stay!!!!

Signature at MGM

Great Place and Location
This rental was perfect for what we were looking for, and the view on the high floor was great! We didn't use the kitchenette, so can't really speak to that, but everything else was perfect -- good big bathroom, comfortable bed, big shower, nice little living room area. The hotel staff was very nice too. I think my favorite part of the property was the free valet and use of all the MGM pools without the resort fees. Tower 1 pool was closed, since we went towards the end of pool season, but Tower 2 was open and was great. Not a far walk. If you want a great value and be a little bit away from the action, but any easy walk away, this is the spot.

Fantastic Spot!
We stayed 2 nights over Halloween Weekend. The space was extremely clean and easy to get to. It is connected to the MGM casino so you can easily access it! We would stay here again as it was perfect! The balcony was great for sunset pictures :) Thank you again!

Perfect balance of peace and excitement.
We love staying at the Signature because it's lobby is not flooded with noise and casinos. But, all the excitement is just a very short walk when we want all that Vegas offers. Our host were wonderfully responsive from booking through our final day in this peaceful unit. We highly recommend staying here.

The room was exactly as described and close to MGM Grand. The wifi was intermittent, but thankfully, we didn't need to work while we were there. The bed was comfortable. The whirlpool tub was great and the view was terrific. Loved the 33rd floor view. We would stay here again.

MGM Signature with a View
We like the Signature because it is away from the crowds and quiet if you don't mind a walk. The property is showing its age but is clean. Our unit had a great view and comfortable bed. The kitchen is bare bones but you could make a drink and snack. The owner was very communicative.

Wonderful mid-winter getaway
Everything was great from start to finish. Communications with Joe and Debora was great. We got all of the information we needed, and more, for an easy arrival and stay. Location of the unit was wonderful. It was an upper floor was an amazing view of the strip. The Signature is in a great location on the strip. Pretty much in the middle of it all and easy access to the monorail. The unit had all of the amenities we needed. Truly had a fabulous few days in Vegas!

From check in to check out our stay was perfect. We had no issues with the property. The Tub and the view were my favorite😍 the bed was comfortable. Requested dishes and extra towels they were brought up In Less then 15 min. Joe and Debora were very attentive if we had question. Found my place to stay every time I’m in Vegas.

Suite with a view- Convenient location
Stayed here for 5 nights while getting married in Las Vegas. We arrived on a Sunday so check in process was a breeze. Suite was in great condition and clean. Joe and Debora were super helpful and gave lots of information prior to and during our stay. Valet was super convenient, and the monorail was a short walk to the MGM grand when you didn’t want to drive. Would definitely stay in this suite again.

This property is an excellent place to stay. The location is in the best location of all three towers it being the closest to mgm grand. I have to deduct one star on overall cleanliness . The unit was overall very clean except for the carpet. It is dated and I am sure owners will soon upgrade like a lot of places like this does with a vinyl wood looking floor? or something simple to wipe down. Overall excellent stay ,we enjoyed the balcony and are planning on returning in June for a long birthday weekend.

The best of the best!
I wish there were more than 5 stars to give this suite. Joe and Debora are the easiest people to work with, I couldn’t fly home because of snow and they made it so easy for me to stay another night. My girl friend from Florida and I are spoiled forever in Las Vegas, no more rooms without a coffee pot, then throw in a refrigerator and microwave and I couldn’t be happier. You will love this suite!

Gorgeous PH
This PH is gorgeous. The studio includes everything you need. The views are amazing. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is huge with a walking shower and jetted tub. We didn't use the kitchenette. This place is conveniently located next to the MGM Grand hotel. There is a walkway to the MGM Grand and access to the resort. We recommend this place a million times. Wonderful place to stay in Las Vegas. Thank you to Deb and Joe. Communication was great. Exceptional customer service.

Great condo, would highly recommend. Ideally located within walking distance of the strip (one block) Condo was very spacious and clean with everything you need. Pool was great and also was able to use the MGM Grand’s pools. There is a covered walkway through to MGM Grand where there is a great selection of restaurants/cafe’s/bars. Communication was great regarding the whole process of booking and there was regular follow up emails whilst we were there to check everything was ok. Would defiantly recommend.

Seriously amazing view
Love the view of the strip from the 33rd floor Penthouse. Very nice fully furnished suite. Extremely friendly staff. Downside. Couch pullout not recommended for anyone over 120lbs. Bring your own toilet paper because the stuff provided was 1 step above sandpaper. But if you do the toilet probably won't flush because it had problems daily. We loved our stay and definitely recommend this suite.

Thank you so much for taking time to review your stay Doug! I'm surprised about the pullout couch comment as I am 6'4 and 250 lbs and have slept of the couch for a week with no complaints. It's probably not the plushest bed you have probably ever slept on, but it's the best pull out couch I have experienced! ;) I'm glad you still had a great time - please come visit us again soon!

Amazing Vegas Getaway!
My wife and I loved our time at the MGM Signature and in this condo. Easy check in and check out, amazing location with walkways to the MGM Casino and the strip. High end finishes and amenities, with a great balcony and view. We will definitely be back!!
