“IT WAS UPSTAIRS BUT DON’T LET THAT BOTHER U IT’LL B WELL WORTH IT. 7 OUT OF 5 STARS FOR THE HOST. THE WEATHER WASN’T RIGHT FOR THE BEACH BUT IN FEBRUARY I GUESSU DON’T PLAN TO GO TO THE BEACH. THANKS AGAIN JEFF. ”

“The house was beautiful and incredibly clean. The hot tub was huge and private. It’s the winter so we didn’t use the outside as much as in the summer, but it looked really nice. Communication was good, neighborhood was nice, steps from the beach. We’ll definitely stay here again.”

“We’ve used VRBO many times before but were scammed this time. We arrived in advance of a wedding in OC, NJ with our family and our pet to find this place in a total state of construction with no floors, furniture all piled up in the hallway, unflushed toilet, etc etc. All the while, some wacko is communicating with me through VRBO’s messenger app guiding me to the key for the house and saying “they’ve never had a situation like this before”. Happy others seem to have had a decent experience but……

“Pros: Clean room, Comfortable bed, Central to open amenities in town during off season. Great communication via email with hotel staff. Cons: Check in delayed due to fire alarm testing. Not ocean view”

“Easy to communicate for questions! House was clean and had a fully fenced backyard which is nice if you have pets. House is also close to all the hot spots. Had a great time. ”

“We brought our 2 dogs over the Christmas holiday and had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. The beds were comfortable. She even set up a small Christmas tree to make the house festive! Definitely recommend.”

“My family and I rented this property for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house and yard were wonderful. My dogs loved playing ball in the yard and the home was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Conveniently located to Sea Isle, Avalon and Stone Harbor there was plenty of fun things to do without having to go very far. The property owners were fabulous and so quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend a stay here.”
