“A really beautiful home, wonderfully managed. Visiting our daughter at UMN and enjoying lake life. A bit of a drive from the University when we needed to go back and forth and weather wasn't cooperative but the house was perfect. We'd have preferred something on the larger lake not an access point for views but you got the feeling of lake life and photos are accurate. A great escape.”

“We stayed five nights at Waters edge retreat with our daughter and her husband and their two children ages six and two. The accommodations were perfect! The cottage was recently updated and spotless! It had ample room for our group, including laundry. It was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, spices, extra paper, towel, etc. Dishes and pots and pans were all in beautiful condition! There is no zero entry into the lake, but it is very shallow near shore and we had no problem swimming there……

“Owner dropped and picked up and was very communicative and responsive. Camper was not the most clean and there was dog hair, but probably what you’d expect in a camper. ”

“This home was easy find, lots of parking, great accessibility to unload stuff. It was clean and neat with lots of space. Communication with the host was great and the beds were very comfortable. Even had great water pressure in the shower! Seemed to have everything on hand we had forgotten and was easy to get in and out. Highly recommend! ”

“Spacious place for several families. We enjoyed the sunset and had several games of Cribbage. The beds were comfortable -lots of space for privacy. The lower shower door has some issues but not a big deal. We will be back next year!!!”
