We kindly request guests to label their food to help prevent such occurrences, but unfortunately, we cannot monitor the kitchen 24/7.We apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred when you inquired about the incident. Our staff member's inability to provide assistance was due to our limitations in monitoring the communal kitchen area and access to security camera footage. We acknowledge that this response was unsatisfactory, and we will address the matter internally to ensure better communication in similar situations moving forward.We truly regret the inconvenience and frustration caused by this incident. We genuinely value your feedback, and we assure you that we will investigate further to identify any potential areas of improvement to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.We understand that you are disappointed with your experience, and we deeply apologize for falling short of your expectations.
