I ended up losing my phone and because od my two-factor authentication set-up, I could not get into my VRBO to confirm the door code. I ended up texting the phone numbers posted on the sign at the cabin and recieved an EXTREMELY prompt reply. They helped me verify, get in, and set up within 10 minutes.
