The spa treatment are excellent. The rooms and room service terrible. I needed my room to be cleaned asked twice and still no one came. this is meant to be 4 star hotel but i would say rooms are like a two star rating, rooms are very outdated and the bathroom were not great either.

Booked a Deluxe room which was spacious and comfortable. Disappointed there was no fridge or safe in the room, but there was plenty of coffee/tea options (as with all hotels not enough milk) and biscuits/chocolates. Shower was big and water pressure good with plenty of hot water. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there were so many restaurants & cafes nearby. Within walking distance of shops and attractions. The staff at reception and in the bar were friendly and polite. Received a discount when parking at B4 car park about a 5 minute walk away. We would stay again if in Birmingham.
