It was very late when we arrived and have driven for 17 hours. We are very tired but the room he gave us first was not made. So we came back downstairs and he was quick to upgrade us to a suite.
Very clean hotel, appears to be quite new. The hotel is very easily accessible from I-10. The hotel is in a quiet area and even though it's right off the interstate, you're unable to hear any traffic noises. They have nice size rooms with comfortable beds. Our dog was allowed to stay in our room for a small surcharge. Woke up relaxed and rested, ready to continue our road trip.
We were in town for a family reunion. The staff were outstanding! Our two year old grandson was a typical two year old, and the staff was so kind and welcoming and generous. Great staff!
The toilet was full of feces when I checked in. When I tried to flush it, the toilet just began overflowing. I checked out immediately after noticing.

I am extremely disappointed with this hotel and will never stay there again due to their hidden fees and lack of communication explaining what the $95 was for. My stay was booked through hotels.com where the room was paid for. Then when I got to the hotel they charge you another $95. I've tried to call twice to get an explanation from the manager and the first time they said he wasn't in. The next time I called no one answered. The girl that answered the first time was sweet, but was not much help in explaining what the $95 was for. I was told by hotels.com that is was a "room tax". What a joke

Typical motel accomadations. Shows signs of deteriation if maintance is ignored.
Everything is in good shape now, but if left to the public it will become rundown.
Staff was kind and breakfast was nice, but had problems with the heat in first room and the room I was moved into because of the first room heat situation.

Clean and quiet. AC worked great and the bed was comfy. Great breakfast as well.

It was a one nite stay, a small own between San Antonio & Houston. Check-in was fast, room was clean and comfortable, everything worked fine. Breakfast was basic, good coffee. The room was quiet , I slept good.

i came into to check in and there was no staff present at the front desk there was a listed number for us to call and we did and there was a bell and no one came we stood up front for over 30 minutes. then finally a staff member came up in a tshirt, sweatpants with no shoes came up there to tell us we hadn’t been waiting. Then to go to a room where the heat did not work and there was hair i. the shower
