I couldn’t wait to leave this hotel. I actually got up early just to get out. It without doubt is the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Water leaking from the ceiling. Carpet filthy. Building in bad state of repair. Bed was desperately uncomfortable. With the bars from the sofa bed coming through the mattress. I had to remove it’s and sleep on the floor. And in spite of advertising a restaurant and bar, they weren’t open. Staff however were very pleasant and polite.

This is a really dirty and very poorly maintained hotel. Worst hotel I ever seen in my life. The lobby and the restaurant look nice, front desk agents are really kind and helpful but when you walk upstairs to reach your room, there are molds everywhere ( on the ceilings, in the hallways, in the bath…), ceiling is about to fall, the rug is really dirty and broken in several places in the hallways. I visited two other rooms to try to find something better but they were all the same… There is dust and molds everywhere in this hotel. During our stay, we heard so many clients complaining about the housekeeping and the poor condition of their room… most were reporting unclean rooms and housekeeping not done before their arrival. This hotel should definitely close to be renovated

This property was unacceptable. I have been waiting since Monday for a response regarding this dirty, dark, problematic property. The staff told us 1/2 out of air-conditioning systems worked in our 2-bedroom apartment, when in reality, the A/C didn't work in the entire building. Then, another employee said, actually no A/C at all. Ceiling tiles falling out, non-functioning shower fixture. I will never use Expediat again until this situation is rectified and I am refunded for both rooms.

Das Hotel ist eine Bruchbude. Die Zimmer sind mit einem Stern zu bewerten. Mobiliar und der Zustand des Zimmers sind unbeschreiblich schlecht. So was kann man nicht mehr vermieten.

Appartamento da rimodernare un po'. L'assenza di aria condizionata nel periodo estivo è una grave mancanza...visto soprattutto che l'aria fresca arriva fino al corridoio. Stare 4 persone in 2 stanze, con un solo ventilatore, ad agosto è pesante! Buona la posizione vicino alla stazione centrale e alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici.

Le personnel est absolument génial, bienveillant, et plein d’humour. En revanche, la chambre est tout simplement délabrée et sale. Trous dans les murs, tables de nuit arrachées du mur, canapé absolument insalubre, rideaux sales, flexible de douche percé, miroir hors d’usage, sols dégradés…. Bref, hormis la situation et le personnel, rien de bien ! Un mot sur le fabuleux bistrot qui malheureusement était fermé …..

Cet appart hôtel est bien placé, pas très loin de la gare de Lyon Part Dieu et à proximité de transports en commun et d'un centre commercial. Chambre confortable, salle de bain impeccable. L'établissement dispose d'un parking sécurisé pour les voitures et les vélos.

10日滞在しました。施設は古いです。でも清潔でした。部屋も広く浴槽があってよかったです。キッチンはありますが、調理器具、まな板や包丁はありません。リヨンPD 駅までたいらな道で10分ほど街の中心に行くメトロの駅までも10分ほど。価格からして問題無い滞在でした。施設の人のフレンドリーです

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, and the staff was kind. The bed was comfortable, but the building is in serious disrepair: curtains hanging off the rails, broken ceiling panels, peeling paint, loose bathroom tiles, and heavily worn carpets in the hallways. It feels like no maintenance has been done in years, which really overshadows the positives.

Le personnel a été très accueillant et chaleureux tout au long de mon séjour, ce qui est un vrai point positif. Malheureusement, l’état général de l’établissement laisse à désirer et aurait besoin d’une sérieuse rénovation. La chambre, bien que fonctionnelle, présentait de nombreux signes de vétusté : carrelage manquant dans la salle de bain, joints jaunis, sol abîmé, plinthes et portes très endommagées. Le boîtier de thermostat était totalement hors service, ce qui n’a pas facilité la gestion de la température dans la chambre. Dans les parties communes, le constat est similaire : dalles manquantes au plafond dans les couloirs, moquette tachée, peinture éraflée… Cela donne une impression générale de négligence. Dommage, car avec un bon rafraîchissement, cet hôtel pourrait vraiment gagner en confort et en qualité. En l’état, je ne le recommanderais pas pour un séjour agréable, malgré la gentillesse du personnel.
