We checked in on Friday and noticed there were no towel racks. Thought we could manage without those. But then on Saturday morning we found the handle to turn the shower on was missing. Had to take a bath instead. Since we were only there for two nights, it wasn’t worth it to us to tell staff and change rooms. Missing towel racks and non working shower led us to think renovations on the bathroom had started and not been completed. The room should not have been available until they had been. Could be a slip and fall danger for elderly. I did ask for fresh and we received towels but no sheets. Also, the neighbors in the connecting room were very loud until well after midnight. No change in the noise level.
