The hotel is very clean and quiet. It is conveniently located close to Gran Via and very walkable to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor.

The hostal has a great location. It’s close to many main places. The hostal is ideal for those looking for a place to sleep that is clean and has the basics. Shower didn’t drain well. Only one dispenser of what we assume was a body/hair wash. No sheets only comforter. A/C worked well. Bar across the street very busy until early morning hours so it is loud. Very secure, police department also across the street. Grocery store next door. Close to Callao metro station.

This is a great little hotel in the middle of everything. Staff was very friendly. Great Asian food all around and of course amazing Madrid food as well. A little hard to find. It’s directly across the plaza next to the hair shop. Look for a small sign outside the building door.

Minimalism in Madrid
Great location, between upscale Gran Via and funky university district. Bare bones room, no lobby, gym, in- room fridge microwave or tissues. Had a mildew smell in bathroom. Security was good, area was safe (police station across the street). Staff (one guy at desk) helpful, accommodating and English speaking.

Property modern, clean. New towels everyday. Local to all amenities, public transport. Perfect for a short city break. Definitely recommend :-)

Spotlessly clean and comfortable
It was a little difficult to find when our taxi dropped us off, but then saw the sign on a doorway which led to some stairs inside. A few floors up, and there was the accommodation. Simple check-in, clean and comfortable room, bathroom immaculate and all in a lively area. This was a great find.

Picked this stay for just one night in Madrid to get to the airport. It was very easy to get a taxi to/from here and walk to dinner. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable.

The receptionist was very helpful. Whatever I needed and asked for was provided. I even asked if they had an umbrella to lend me for a few rainy days and they provided it. The location is very convenient, there is 24/7 super 150 meters from the Hostal and a very good coffee shop close by. All in all, very good value for money and great service.

Very near Gran Via and all the places we wanted to visit. A convenience store nearby to cater to our needs. Clean place but small for our liking. There was no amenities such as coffee brewer, ref and safe to leave our things. Price is just perfect.

This property provided a very clean and modern setting in a location that facilitated easy walking for any area in old Madrid. The owners were very helpful with any request. I highly recommend this facility.

This is a great stay for the price. My luggage was lost and the staff worked to make sure to accept it so that I didn't have to wait around. It's basic and clean and in a great, safe location

It was such a beautiful Riad just off the Main Street. The host was so kind and generous. Abdo helped me find a traditional Hamam which is an experience I would highly recommend. 10/10 would stay here again

Lovely accommodation and friendly staff! The one thing we’d have liked better was an in-room mini fridge, that’s only thing it was missing. Aside from that, brilliant stay and we loved it. 8.5/10!

Location is great, shower is comfortable. However, bed sheets were not clean and they were ripped. Front desk is only available until 19:30 so we didn't have anyone to talk to. we thought our bed sheets will be replaced the next day but the cleaning service the next day only made our bed but didn't change the sheets (which we found out only after front desk was closed). Very disappointed since reviews sais this hotel is very clean..

The place is clean and well maintained. It’s in the center of tourist spots and I am able to walk to most of the places in 15min. The hostal is easily reachable from airport by metro. It can be a bit hard to spot so pay attention to signs on the doors. The room has beds for three but the space can be a little small if you want to spend a lot of nonsleeping time in the room. It’s great value for the price.

Very clean and newly refurbished rooms. I had single room which was very comfortable. Loads of bars and eateries in the area. Metro is 2 minutes walk.

Very good hotel. Recommend it.
Excellent. Hotel very clean and rooms very good size and comfortable. Powerful ac. Very valuable in August weather. Location is another great value for this hotel. Is close to almost everything by foot or you can easily go to get the metro. Bars and restaurants everywhere. Staff very polite and helpful. The elevator could be very small is you travel with big bags. We don’t have that issue we fit with 2 carry on and I back pack. Overall wonderful stay.

The rooms are in excellent condition and are up to a high level hotel standard. The hotel exists by taking up half of the third floor of a large building. The elevator is small, there is no 24/7 staffed desk, and the common areas of the building are not up to the same standard as the property itself. The air conditioning works great and the location is excellent for quick access the the main sights of Madrid and transportation. Highly recommended for budget conscious tourists that want a nice room and location but don't desire amenities like a pool, in hotel restaurant / room service, or fitness center.

Thank you very much for your comment, we are going to check wifi. The hot water issue works with a thermos, maybe at a given moment it ended and I had to heat up again, it usually takes about 15 minutes, being an outside room it is usually somewhat noisy a cordial greeting

Nice room and location
Overall, I had a nice stay, although I was only there for one night. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure. It’s in a really convenient location, too. I like that there was a kettle and some tea in my room. The only thing I would have liked is a small desk or table, but it was fine without (I wasn’t expecting one). I would stay here again.
