Spacious and well located
The apartment is spacious, and the bedroom, living room, and bathroom are all really very large. The exception is the kitchen, which is tiny. The property manager was always pleasant and very responsive. The only downside was not related to the apartment itself, but the noise from the back street behind the building, where virtually every night (between 11pm-3am) there seemed to be a frequent stream of loud noises (garbage trucks, delivery vehicles, workers talking very loudly outside at 2am, similar noise from the guests of the hotel on that street, etc.).

We loved our stay here! Antonio is an AMAZING host!!! Definitely recommend! The area was great and walking distance to many places! The apartment was very clean. Antonio was super helpful and always responsive. He gave clear instructions and allowed us to do an early check in which was very nice of him. We left to another city for a few days and he even let us keep the luggages in his office. Would come back again when in Madrid. Only good things to say about this place!!!

Great Apartment and Fantastic Host
We had a great stay at the apartment. It is very clean, bright, and well-appointed. The furnishings are really nice. Antonio, the host, is very responsive, communicative, and was so helpful during our stay. He gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit, and helped us store a painting that we purchased during our stay. Highly recommend!
