“Good location”

“Very nice hotel”

“Super nice and considerate staff.”

“The location is central just 10mins walk to the train station and metro. I got assistance and my questions answered very quickly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast places were nice and delicious. ”

“The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did……

“Spacious room with great amenities. Really convenient to have a grocery shop below. A little bit of noise at night but they did give free earplugs. Walking distance to Atocha Train station and close to metro stop. Overall good value for money if you want to be out of the main city area.”

“Clean and convenient , the staff is helpful”

“Great location, near a variety of restaurant cuisine types. Ready check in. Comfortable beds, very clean property. Single room, big enough for 2 people. Had all the amenities we needed for a few days in Madrid. Would visit again.”

“Clean, modern, central with a comfortable bed and excellent shower, which was a plus. There are a few steps to complete the self check in, but it’s automated online so I found it easy and convenient. All the information is provided upfront during that process, door codes, WiFi, location etc. Only a few small downsides, it’s on the ground floor so opening the window for fresh air is a bit awkward, water temperature and pressure is also a bit hard to control, it is quite small (fine for 2 people……

“At first,we were provided a room which did not match the one shown as the pictures on Expedia’s website. The one we supposed to book was 2 bedroom apartment, however, It is so small , there is no door of the bedrooms , no living area. It should only be called studio. We tried to contact the host , they were not very helpful at the beginning, saying the pictures are taken from different apartments, after a long communication, they move us to a bigger apartment which is better. We just want to……
