The house offers everything you need for a carefree and relaxing vacation. To make the most of summer, there’s an outdoor fire pit and a BBQ that you can use anytime. I’m also offering you the chance to use my canoe on Lovering Lake, which is just a 1-minute drive from the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more. There are two beautiful bedrooms with a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, as well as a foam mattress that you can set up in the living room.

You’ll have access to a full bathroom with a washer/dryer, air conditioning, an electric fireplace, and a patio with patio furniture and a BBQ. For evenings at home, you’ll have internet access, Wi-Fi, a Wii console, a few board games, and, of course, cable TV. The house is perfect for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 thanks to the foam mattress.

Magog is a beautiful tourist town known for its breathtaking scenery; the town is brimming with events and activities for all ages. During the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking trails, beaches, water activities, or simply relax at the famous Nordic spa—there’s something for everyone. Winter is also a great time to visit: you can hit the cross-country or down raquette.De rks, go downhill skiing at Mont Orford—a year-round destination—or even go ice skating on the famous 2.5-km frozen trail along Lake Memphremagog. There’s everything you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends.
