“Easy check in and checkout. Only gave staff 3 stars because a N.A. wasn’t available- we never saw anyone- keys were left out in envelope for us and we used the key drop on the way out - easy peasy . Location was perfect for our needs. WiFi was weak and we had better LTE but room was clean and warm which was great. “This location, The Charles Inn at Vacationland in Bangor, ME is on your website and allowed me to book 3 rooms and it hasn’t been in operation for 2 yrs. I drove 4 hrs with family to arrive and find out we in fact did not have rooms to stay the weekend for my daughter’s college graduation. I had no other option but to look for 3 rooms elsewhere at the last minute and had to pay $1,300 more than I thought I was paying for the first place I thought I had booked.
