The hotel was nice enough for a one night stay but the pillows were terrible. Way too soft. Bring your own if you have back/neck issues

The hotel and staff overall were very friendly and inviting but the noise from other guests that stayed there was a little inconvenient. Hotel was very close to many restraunts and the event we went to, however a little bit of a pain to drive around.

I actually don't understand how this is only a 2 star hotel. It's nicer than most 4 stars that I've stayed in.

It is a good place. My only con is that you can hear everything through the walls. And the air conditioner was incredibly noisy. Other than that it was a nice room. Most important room was clean.

The hotel is so new, the rooms smell like paint. They are extremely clean, but cold and noisy due to seemingly little sound insulation. Staff is lovely. Breakfast is beyond terrible.

Manchester is a great walkable town and this hotel is in the center of it all with easy access to the highway where you can drive a short distance to mountains, beaches, or Boston within an hour.

Booked a King room thru Orbitz, and showed up and they had none available and really could have cared less. Their response was, when you book thru Orbitz, its kinda take what you get. Not a good response at all and was turned off by their attitude. Other than that, hotel is newer, modern and clean.
