“The house and the pool were excellent. Everything was clean and in very good condition. For families with very small children not to recommend as high chance of things getting broken / lots of delicate furniture. In terms of service: What would be nice is to have at least soap and 1-2 bottles of water in the fridge at arrival (esp because everything was closed in the village), a dish washer for this house size would definitely have helped as well.”

“My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. We had a couple meals outside because the wrap around deck made for the perfect dinner setting with the view of the sunset as the backdrop. “The villa was better than expected. Pool was lovely, kitchen had everything you would need, bedrooms we large. Everything was clean. Only thing we didn't appreciate was someone walking into the property unannounced from an adjoining door complaining we shouldn't be in the pool at 11pm. We booked the villa for private use so this upset our party.”

“Great house for a big family. Great location. We had a problem with the water, and the landlord sent someone to fix I right away. We were very satisfied, and highly recommend it.If you need to get around on the island you will need a car. If you just need to go to puerto Pollença or Pollenca a bicycle will be enough”
