"I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed "

"Stayed for 5 days at Hotel Aubamar Bali and nothing could be faulted. The facilities at the hotel are perfect, with plenty of sunbeds by the pool areas. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a variety of different foods to cater to individual needs. While the surrounding area of this hotel is loud, this could not be heard from the hotel and it felt very private and secluded. Taxis were 15 minutes into palma which was perfect. Overall an amazing stay and I couldn’t recommend more, thank you so much! "

The staff were incredible – big thanks to the team at reception, the barmen, and especially Jose and Antonio in the kitchen. Always friendly, always smiling. The hotel is clean, chill, and in a great spot. Evenings were super romantic — great sunsets, cozy restaurants, and peaceful walks by the sea.
