We take hygiene seriously and would like to assure you that our AC filters are cleaned regularly to maintain a clean and healthy environment for our guests.Regarding the absence of a Hot/Cold water dispenser, we offer a more environmentally friendly option by providing 8 gallons of water for our guests, along with a fridge/freezer and a kettle to accommodate your hydration needs.Regarding the broken window lock in the dining area, we apologize for this inconvenience as well. We do our best to ensure all facilities are in good working condition, however some guests will force it open which damages the lock.If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our management team. It was generally well. There were just small cockroaches and i tried to contact the agent to ask for Baygon but no reply. Otherwise the place was stocked well with necessities. The bed is advertised as a queen but is actually two twins. So there is a gap and protruding bumps in the middle.

Room was great and comfortable, checking in the number provided with my booking was not in service . So need to update that. Once checked in no cable provided as it is still under maintenance? Wifi worked great though. Please provide coffee for the rooms :)

As a Filipino I am sure you are aware of the fact that both phone and cable services can be disrupted due to adverse weather or maintenance which is outside of our control. Coffee is provided and if it was not there on arrival you only have to request it from our staff.

close to burgos circle
This is a review for a one night stay because my flight got cancelled. The place is clean, roomy and staff were super friendly. And it is very close to Burgos Circle where there are upscaled restaurant, bars, grocery stores and even a Anytime fitness. What was suppose to be a burden became a blessing. Not having to deal with Manila traffic to go find dinner is a big deal. I got out to eat and had drinks at a bar down the street and walk right back. Great place!

We had a Pleasant stay once again at Avant Apartments At The Fort . The one thing I would recommend is to make sure you read your emails as they give you a representative that will assist you with your check in and stay. They are always very Accommodating and fast and Always Friendly . Thanks again for a wonderful stay .

None of our reviews on this site mention cockroaches and if there were why didn't you voice your concerns with our staff who would have immediately rectified the problem. Nice property except for front desk staff...
The primary service staffer - Miss Jazz - was very helpful, responsive and courteous. My experience dealing with her was entirely positive. Unfortunately my experience dealing with the front desk staff in the lobby was quite different. Upon check-in, I informed them that I would be needing to leave my luggage with them for about an hour or so after check-out the next day while I attended a meeting across the street. They said that would be fine. The next day however, the front desk attendant acted as though I was asking to leave a pile of dogs**t and dead rats on his desk. Rude and unprofessional. I left for my meeting with my luggage in tow - hugely inconvenient.

Great apartment in the heart of Manila
Second time staying at Avant and everything about the stay was good. The apartment was clean, building security was good and it was located in one of the best areas of Manila (BGC). Lots of nice cafes and bars around the area.

We had a great stay at Avant apartments. The rooms are spacious and had all the amenities you needed. It is located in a good, safe area of Manila and it is close to restaurants, bars and nightlife.

Convenient and clean condo
Pros - The room was big and immaculate. Well-furnished and had everything a home has. The host offered water, coffee, and tea in the room. (Minor) Cons - The Free WiFi is stable but relatively slow at times. The bath room's tap/shower toggle is broken but it still works when you pull it.

Very pleased with Avant Apartments At The Fort
I was very pleased with the quality of the apartment which was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything was brand new and functioned perfectly and the list of amenities was amazing - SMART TV, strong and fast internet, washing machine, iron and board, fully fitted kitchen, even cooking oil and condiments. It would be hard to think of items the apartment didn't have. The bed was European queen size so my legs were not hanging over the end -) plus you can wake up to a view of the golf course rather than tower blocks or building sites which is what I got staying in Ascott and Shangri-la. The manager Miss Jazz and her team are friendly and efficient with check out and check in so I didn't waste 15 mins waiting for someone to find my booking on the system as was the case in Shangri-la. Location is great just 5 mins walk to Shangri-la and BGC high street with the BGC bus stop directly opposite and the restaurants of Forbes Town and Burgos Circle on your door step. 2 mins walk to Starbucks for breakfast. IMO having experienced the chain apart-hotels in BGC that promise (and charge) a lot but fail to deliver, I would recommend Avant Apartments At The Fort for the personal service offered by the staff and the high standard of comfort and cleanliness of the rooms.
