First of all, the staff were extremely polite. But if you have a car or expect someone with a car to visit you, the parking situation is not good. There are limited spots available. Sometimes I was afforded a spot , other times not. This meant I had to park in another public garage away from the property and walk. The parking, even when available is expensive. You must turn over your drivers license or other ID to park. It's very inconvenient.

Have a good stay in the room. Customer service team is very attentive. Can accommodate our check in and check out time. They arrange a house keeping service for every 3days , but they prefer doing it while you are in the room . So if you do want your room to be cleaned while you are away. You need to give the customer service a call for the arrangement. General reminder , traffic to and from airport can be variate a lot .. better leave enough buffer for you trip :)

The room was nice and clean. I love that it has a microwave and small refrigerator. It was also nice that there is an electric fan to keep us cool if there are extra visitor in the room and while waiting for the air conditioner to cool the room. William was very helpful and friendly. I was planning of booking the room again but it was already sold out for the date that I want. I will definitely try to stay there again next time that I visit.

HIDDEN GEM. Right over the EDSA bridge and walking distance to SM Light Mall and short ride to Megamall, Sheridan Towers is a great value for what it provides. New, clean building with a breezy common area, the pools are clean and gym is sufficient (both for fees). My favorite part was the Roof Deck that has sweeping views of the entire city. Great spot to catch the sunset and relax when the sun goes down. I stayed in a Studio on the 9th floor. Clean, comfortable, smart tv (no cable which is fine by me), sturdy bed. Staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. 10/10 will return.

There was no dental kit. It would have been nice to have at least the basic ones: toothbrush and toothpaste. The television wasn't working as well. However, service was good. The staff were very accommodating.

Over all it was good. With the exception of limited ( extra charge for ) pool and no fitness room access. For some odd reason the place doesn't have a street number and taxi drivers, grab, uber, even local people had a hard time to locate the Sheridan So. Tower.

Best Nook
A Rare sweet nook where i was able to get a full relaxation and comfort for myself. The free flow of the wind makes one can fall asleep while just hanging around at the spacious ground Lobby. Super nice!

チェックイン手続きもさることながら、事前から何度か連絡を試みても、回答がないことが続き、不信感が募っていた。また、チェックイン前日の電話応答の際の回答内容と当日の乖離、更に、当日チェックイン時に7:00には出発しないといけないため6:50に部屋のチェック、デポジット返金を依頼した。何度も確認したところ、当該人またはボスが対応することになると。他者の場合申し送りすると確約したものの、当日その実現はなく、電話を入れたところ寝起きの声。今から出向くといった態度。バスルームの臭いにおい、夜遅くまで聞こえる近隣の建設工事の音、部屋の暗さ、ローカルチャンネルしかないテレビ等々。ZEN全てに関し、二度と宿泊することはないし、全くもって勧めない。

プールの水質や休憩できる椅子やパラソルの有無、太陽が当たるか否かといった情報があった方がベター(ここのプールは最悪)。一方、ジムについても、月会費1000ペソを使うよう要求された。ジムがあっても、5泊程度の宿泊では無意味。事前にそのような情報がわかるようにしてほしい。部屋は非常に良かった。予備のトイレットペーパーや無料のペットボトルの水ぐらい用意しておいたほうがいいでしょう。
