“My wife and I enjoyed a quiet stay at the pink cottage to celebrate our 43rd wedding anniversary. We live at Smith Mountain Lake , however my wife was born and raised in Virginia Beach and loves the ocean. She was particularly happy to hear the waves breaking and feel the cool ocean breeze.”

“The walk to the beach is less than a couple of minutes. We brought our dog and he approved of everything! We felt right at home. We would highly recommend and would stay again.”

“My best friend and I wanted to have a short getaway trip before she had her first baby and this spot was almost perfectly between the two of us. The property was very nice and perfectly within walking distance of the beach, we didn’t even need to cross the street! There were also a lot of restaurants and activities all within ten miles. Upstairs in the cottage there were even games to play. It was perfect for our little adventure and just the vacation that we all needed. I would definitely come...

“We loved our stay at this cozy beach cabin. The location was excellent with a short walk to the beach, shops, and ice cream. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking (we took out dog). The host was very responsive and the place was easy to get into and very clean upon arrival. We hope to visit again one day!”

“Lovely vintage cottage with little touches that make you enjoy the stay. Like a dark washcloth that says Makeup!, paper cups in bathroom and coffee pods, sugar and creamers. Everything you need. One suggestion, driveway is on a curve and easy to miss! May want to slow way down at you pass 830 mailbox as 838 is coming soon!”

“This would be our second stay here as a family of 6. We enjoy being close to the ocean but having the sound and the dock in our own backyard! My family loves the back porch and dock area. We spent hours each day fishing, swimming and using the paddle board and blow up boat that we brought! We made almost every meal here and spent hours of time relaxing and enjoying family time. The house is clean and the owner is wonderful with communication.”
