I had came late to check in for my flight had delayed, they were very on top of it to ensure I had a smooth check in when I arrived close to 1 am lol. "My grandfather started the tradition of vacationing to Martha’s Vineyard. My father continued that tradition and now I have attempted to continue it. However, the family continues to increase in size and has not stopped..more room is needed..Mikes house is the answer. The perfect size to accommodate a large family while also being perfectly located. A central hub to all towns and beaches. The house provides exquisite rooms with comfortable furniture and updated digital services.If you enjoy table tennis there is a fantastic table with paddles in the basement. Or if you are into the real deal, there are rackets and a full court close by. No matter what, you will enjoy this stay. Mike has a wonderful home and I am very glad my family was able to experience it. I hope you do as well."

"The cottage was centrally located with a short walk to town. We rented EBikes and were able to experience Oak Bluffs and Edgartown - we had an amazing trip and really enjoyed our accommodations. Jessica and Mike were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend it!"

"The Cottage on Oak Lane was a superb property and host experience for both my wife and I. Everything was clean and prepared upon entry. Having (quality) towels and linens provided was a huge plus. The grill is older but works perfectly. The dirt road Oak Lane is a bit long but extremely well maintained, low travelled, and provides excellent privacy. Our communication with the host gets an A and we used the in house guide to source several excellent activities. My wife and I would rent here again and would highly recommend this property for other couples looking for a getaway on MV away from the bustle of town. "

"Our stay was actually not a stay! As per usual when we stay at a rental, we do a walk through before bringing our belongings inside. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with odors of mold and mildew. The air in one of the upstairs bedrooms was in the 50's when the thermostat said it was set to 70. In the other bedroom the air was not working at all. We couldn't stay in the house more than 5 minutes with the smell due to both of us having respiratory issues. We called Vacasa immediately and they kept redirecting us and refused to move us to another rental or even refund us so we could stay some place else. They would not get back to us in a timely manner and we had to end up paying for two other locations This is not a good company to do business with. The only reason why I gave them 1 star is because it was easy to locate and the house had the appearance of being clean but not the smell to match. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this property—it’s clean, bright, and welcoming! The bed and pullout were comfortable and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It was a great, quiet location on the center of the island but no more than a 15 minute drive to all we wanted to see and do. It was so nice drinking a coffee on the deck and listening to the nature.We had a minor issue with check-in and Vacasa wasn’t great about helping. We also had a minor internet issue and the owner answered in seconds and it was resolved. Again, great stay, location, and property! Highly recommend!"

"The house is older and could have used a deep clean in corners etc but overall the house and property were fantastic. We loved our stay, views of the water, scavenger hunt through the house for fun trinkets and hitting the beach. Highly recommend."
