"Looking at this property you might wonder why it is not more expensive. The building is lovely, the apartment is gorgeous, and the host leaves niceties like ear plugs and toothbrushes. The answer is the location. It is in an area of downtown that has not been gentrified, and considering the close proximity of the state subsidized housing it is somewhat unlikely it will be soon. "We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need.
