“Wir waren für einen Outdoor-Urlaub in Südtirol und wollten eine Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge. Die Lage ist hinsichtlich Verkehrsanbindung (Auto - mit Stellplatz - oder Bus) sehr gut, es gibt aber auch genug schöne Wandertouren, die direkt in Saltaus wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt starten. Meran ist für einen Tagesauflug oder Einkäufe auch einfach zu erreichen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind wie beschrieben modern und gut. Die sehr ruhige Lage und die kleine Terasse……

“Dank der wirklich sehr netten, aufmerksamen Vermieter (sie wohnen im selben Haus) haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Wohnung (es ist nur ein Zimmer) war sehr modern und gut eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und machte einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge - vor allem mit dem Fahrrad (E-Bike ist wegen der starken Steigung ratsam) - perfekt. Meran lässt sich in nur 15 Minuten entlang der Passeier erreichen. Als wir dort waren, war es sehr heiß- teilweise bis zu 36……

“Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, aber trotzdem zu Fuß oder über den nahen Bus in wenigen Minuten gut mit dem Stadtzentrum verbunden. Generell könnte die Anlage mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Viele Einrichtungsgegenstände in unserem Appartement stammten aus den 1980er Jahren. Der Empfang und auch der Service war sehr freundlich. Den Preis für das angebotene Frühstück (ca. 28 Euro pro Erwachsener und 17 Euro pro Kind) haben wir mit Blick auf das doch recht überschaubare……
