"This is a cozy property in a very rural setting. The host is extremely responsive and very thorough. It is quiet and private. The furniture and bed are very comfortable. The wood burning stove is a pellet stove which provides enough heat to take the edge off. The hot tub could comfortably fit 4 people. The Village of Cold Spring is less than 10 minutes away, as is the Interstate 84 bridge across the Hudson. If you want to make your own food, bring it. There is no grocery store nearby."

"Our stay was quite nice, the place looked as the pictures showed it to be which is just amazing. everything was music themed and our host had an amazing selection of vinyls. Cozy family-friendly home!
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (3)
"Older manufactured home has been updated. We appreciated that each area had its own mini split unit for individual climate control. Area felt safe and quiet. Good hot water and water pressure. Kitchen was stocked for stovetop cooking but not much for baking, and no water glasses. (We just drank everything from the coffee cups.) Split bedroom layout was good for two couples. "

"The house was very clean and well appointed. Internet was great, and the bed was so comfortable. We met Eric, our host, who gave us invaluable info about a hike/waterfall nearby. The baseboard heat worked well, and there were plenty of pillows and two warm comforters. The jugs of bottled water were appreciated. There was a big grassy area for the dogs to romp. We spent the day at Minnewaska Preserve, only about 12 minutes away."

"Three nights here as we toured the area. Check in was easy. We were able to access the VRBO app 30 minutes prior to our arrival. By the time we reached the driveway, Ruben had sent the access code. The road to the house is gravel and only wide enough for one car. We were glad we had arrived during the day.The house has an antique store vibe. Lots of books for a rainy day activity. FYI, the photos on the listing are a bit different from what we saw in the rooms. The dining table is larger with...

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (16)
"We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this sweet home, making great use of the spacious yard with the fire pit, the hot tub, and the grill. I kept being amazed at how easy everything was. Every time I needed a utensil, it was wherever I first looked! And when the propane tank emptied in the middle of grilling dinner, I glanced around to see where we might find a full one, and there was one right there waiting. I really appreciated how well thought out and organized everything was. And communication...

"Very clean rooms and friendly staff, but I only have three complaints. First, the beds were not queen size beds. More like twin. Second, when I looked up the hotel and it stated it served breakfast it would have been better to put continental breakfast. And last, my aunt left her belongings on the bed due to her health issues. We came back from my cousin funeral and her belongings were touched. I’ve stayed at several hotels and motels. Usually when the occupants belongings are on the bed the...
