Undoubtedly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!! Filthy (just one example inn pic below), rude, stench was putrid, food gave me an infection (5 days on medication). Staff nice(ish) Management aggressive, & rude. Hotel needs a massive upgrade, and a proper general manager. Nice location

The staff were extremely friendly. Thank you to everyone who helped my family pull off the most impressive birthday surprise. Although the rooms did not have wifi, you could use the slow internet in the lobby. It would have been perfect if the rooms had wifi connection.

Hotel needs updating
This hotel can do with major updates, the first room we got was dark and on ground floor there was a old black banana stuck behind the tv,we moved the next morning rooms second room was ok showers can do with major updates pool was freezing cold, staff are freindly and do try to help but the hotel needs overall updating all around. The breakfast was the nicest thing there.

I was a solo traveler, i guess this made thim think they can take things from me and i will forget... they treated me so rudely. A young individual from the stuff will come to you at while you having a sun bath just to disturb you. They do stupid staff to customers. Others around the area are bigger and nicer, plus similar prices.

Very worrying that the hotel photocopy passports and keep the copies “in a folder” indefinitely (we asked about their data protection and retention policy). Fair enough if they want to keep records of the visa entry numbers, but the obtaining and retaining of passport copies is unnecessary and despicable. The range of breakfast could have been better (and fresher) - as vegetarians, we struggled to find options, which was disappointing. The staff could be more prompt at fixing maintenance issues.

The porters were kind and friendly. Reception ladies were lovely. Hotel is nice for families. The hotel does not warn you that if you take an excursion with them the driver would still want a 200 dirham tip and so did our guide. Be prepared to pay so have extra cash on hand.

A Beautiful Disappointment
This hotel has the potential to be great, but instead left us extremely disappointed. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The front desk seemed to lack the ability to attend to customers in an orderly manner, and resorted to everyone pushing to the front of the desk in order to be attended to. We got a room that was advertised with a double bed, and two twin beds. What we received was two individually made twin beds pushed together to make a double bed, and a second twin bed. A third bed was promised at check in, but only arrived after we went back to the front desk and asked the status of it after a few hours. Every fixture in the bathroom was falling apart and required extra effort to make sure you didn't further break it. The beds and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. Food on site is incredibly overpriced and underwhelming. There is a sign at the entrance where no outside food or beverage is allowed, forcing you to essentially purchase low quality food or eat offsite. The WiFi was so low quality, that internet was mostly unaccessible; Not just Netflix, but pretty much no website would load. There are positives though! Plenty of taxis available right outside the gates which was a plus. A 50MAD five to ten minute ride to the airport, train station, or medina. The non front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The pools were excellent, both for children and adults. But get there early, as seating is limited.

Nothing worked - the stuff was so rude.
I wanted 1h 45 mins to be checked in , when we finally got into the room. they were no toils, the shower was not working. we asked to change the room we were told none was available, the hotel did not look full at all . overall it was not worth to stay at this hotel. I will not come back . I know they are better hotels in he same area with similar cost.

Genuinely people.. AVOID!!!
Learn from others mistakes and avoid this hotel. Service by staff is the worst and rudest I have ever encountered in my life, no exaggeration. Location is not ideal at all. They don't have a fitness room, just a few machines that's all. Checked in room had no bath towels, took 2.5 hrs for someone to finally bring some. Wifi is very bad in the rooms. Spoke to one of the staff about the wifi and he said it was my phone, I said both my phones are not connecting. He said well that was tough and told me he was too busy to speak. I asked for the managers name and he refused to tell me. Seriously, go with a recognised worldwide brand, I would for sure next time. Even my riad two weeks earlier was so much better, the staff were fantastic - they actually cared! I wish I had taken notice of the other comments guests had made...very disappointing!

Nice Hotel in Need of Better Maintenance
This hotel is relatively new and looks nice. Spacious rooms, good facilities, great outdoor pool. Unfortunately, there is a lack to detail and proper maintenance. The staff is friendly, but very inefficient. The wireless Internet in the lobby area hardly ever works. We pulled the Ethernet cable from the only cable connected PC in the lobby in order to get a moderate Internet connection. No Internet in the room at all. Our room would require some maintenance jobs, for example, where the shower pipe comes out of the wall, a fist size hole is in the wall, holes in the ceiling, paint patches at many spots, etc. A safe would have been nice in a 4 star hotel. Bring your own toilet tissue, they don't replenish. They took all our towels in the morning, but brought new ones only after two reminders in the afternoon. We had been the only guests at checkout, but they still needed about 20 minutes to clarify the description of one position. The hotel has potential for more, but the mgmt. seems to have flaws. Though, some of the staff is very nice and helpful.

“Terrible customer service and awful value for money”
As soon as we arrived we were made to feel like an inconvenience to the reception staff who didn't give us any information about our stay and simply pointed us in the direction of a room. The room, although nice enough, boasted stained bedding, towels with holes in and hairs in the dirty bathtub. At dinner we were made to feel like second class citizens as we hadn't originally booked an evening meal. We were given conflicting information about the price by reception and the restaurant and faced a barrage of abuse from the aggressive restaurant manager when we raised the issue that the price was incorrect and the chicken was undercooked. He later tried to resolve this by plying us with free drinks when we complained about the service at reception. The food in general is mass produced, badly cooked and horrendously overpriced, along with the drinks. On a positive note, the ladies at the spa are wonderful and we had an amazing hammam to finish our visit. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel unless you like being ripped off and paying for terrible customer service. Believe me, you will get better service at a £15 a night riad in the medina and get to see the real Morocco.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel as part of a Cosmos Coach tour around Morocco. The tour was scheduled to assemble at the Zalagh Kasbah, so we checked in there one day earlier for convenience. The hotel is on the grand Moroccan style, built entirely around a large swimming pool and sun-bed area. It was too cool (late November) for any swimming but the pool was carefully maintained daily and was spotlessly clean. The public areas were impressive and the breakfast was perfectly adequate - more Continental than "full English, or American", with only scrambled egg, or pastillas as a hot option. There was plenty of breads, rolls pastries, salad items, cereals etc in the style of European hotels. The only downside was the distance from the hotel to the Centre Ville (ie the Jemaa El Fna Square), where all the sights, souks and mosques are situated. It is some 4kms (at least) and is not on any public transport route. The hotel provides a limited free shuttle service-7 trips daily but the van broke down when we were there. We actually walked into the city using the Kotoubia Mosque minaret as a landmark - there is a pedestrian path lined with rose bushes on the right hand side of the roadway, and the walk is over completely flat land. It took 40 plus minutes. We had no safety concerns whatsoever. Otherwise pay no more that 40 dirrhams for a one-way petit taxi fare - every driver initially quotes 100 dirrhams, which is extortionate. Supermarket 10 mins walk towards town

So, I booked this for one night because I arrived so late in Marrakech and I wanted to make sure I was in a safe location. This hotel is very beautiful and clean! The staff are friendly, but be careful as EVERYONE wants money - pretty much anyone who helps you in Marrakech expects money from you - except women and shopkeepers. I had asked the Zalagh to arrange for a car to pick me up at the airport - and instead of a taxi which should have cost about $18, I was stuck with a sedan which cost me about $60. I told the driver that it was too much and we settled on $40. ALWAYS NEGOTIATE YOUR PRICES. Be specific about which car you want. This hotel is the kind where people wait on you and expect tips, so be prepared for this. If you have money then go ahead and stay. It has a beautiful pool and the grounds are lovely. The negative thing about this is that it is not in walking distance of the medina. It is tucked away by the new area where it is a mesh of new hotels, residences, and streets leading to the palace. The room was nice though and it is the only "Western" style bathroom I saw during my entire trip in Morocco. There is also a TV and a nice balcony in each room.

Have stayed here several times. Normally ok for the price. This time it was different. Probably because the holiday season in Morocco has started. The breakfast restaurant was overcrowded. Long waiting time for everything. Dirty plates. There are two breakfast restaurants at the hotel, but only one was in use. The hotel room was not very clean. They forgot to put in replacement towels.

Het zwembad en de strandstoelen zijn zeer mooi. daar stopt ook het positieve, het ontbijt was vreselijk... overal vuile tafels nergens proper bestek/glazen te vinden. zeer beperkt buffet, het enige voedingsrijk eten was een omelet waar je 20min voor moet aanschuiven. verder waren de kamers slecht geïsoleerd waardoor je alles hoorde van buiten, de gang, de kamers rond je kamer. er waren mieren in de kamer.
