"I’m conflicted. Loved the concept of a former shoe factory now a hotel - the theme was well done - and nice staff. But the room has dead bugs in the corner next to my nightstand. Also, the trains are so loud - they literally blow their whistles throughout the night - that each room has a noise machine and they give you earplugs at reception. I would have skipped this place if I had known about the trains. Generally, the Craddock Terry did not live up to the high ratings."

"The room was new and up to date. But the cleanliness of the room was very lacking. The bed spread and blanket looked to have many spill or liquid spots on them, it was very dusty and the floor way dirty. The area outside of the room was cluttered with boxes, vaccums and a grill."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. It was surely an upgrade to the Super 8 where I stayed last time. Friendly staff clean room and quiet environment. One thing that could have an upgrade is the choices for the breakfast menu. All in all I enjoyed my stay !!!! Recommend staying Sleep Inn Lynchburg anytime. "

"Your employee went out of her way to help make our stay comfortable. There was no chocolate chips for waffles and my ask the young lady doing the breakfast did they have any chocolate chips. She said no unfortunately they didn't but she went out of her way to make a chocolate mixture so that he could have a chocolate waffle. I really appreciate the Way she went out of her way to accommodate him. Your facility was immaculately cleaned.. I will definitely stay at your facility again Thank you

"They have a nice grab and go breakfast, nothing fancy just packaged muffins and coffee in the morning. We did not use the kitchen that was in our room, but it had everything you would need. It was very clean in the hotel. Staff was so kind. Very convenient for where we needed to be for the Location of our overnight. "
"We were dropping our son off for college and stayed at the Lynchburg Grand. It was nice and quiet. Staff was nice and everything was clean. There isn’t any housekeeping, so you will need to stop by for extra towels. As long as that doesn’t bother you, this is a great place to stay! "

"We enjoyed every moment at the cabin! It is spacious and yet cozy on the inside. Everything we could need was provided and top-notch quality. Our dogs loved going in the creek right out our door. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back again!"

"This is a beautiful property full of lots of fun things to do!!The pool is fantastic, the views are amazing, and the house is well equipped to host a big group. Kyle was a very helpful host. "Very clean and well appointed with a LOT of extras that made our stay easy and enjoyable. Close to excellent hiking trails. It was a big plus that pets were welcomed as we brought our 2 beagles who had a great time too!"

"Beautiful property located on the Piney River. Home has all the conveniences needed to make your stay enjoyable. This was our second stay here and we plan to return again in the future. Only recommendation would be to update the pots and pans provided in the cabin. They have been well used. Do not change anything else!!"
