“Property accurate listing, area was very quiet, more adult friendly than child friendly, which was awesome for us. Nearby beaches are not white sands and clear waters, drove roughly 55 minutes south of Property to Clearwater beaches north which is less crowded and beautiful beaches. Would recommend this Property for stay in the future. ”

“The owner was very easy to get ahold of. She was able to handle a couple of small difficulties in a fast and efficient manner. She also was able to answer all the questions I had. The place was well stocked and clean. However, The views from the condo were spectacular was its biggest draw. ”

“The place was absolutely beautiful—truly a hidden gem! It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The views were breathtaking, and every person we encountered was warm, friendly, and welcoming.The atmosphere leans more toward a mature crowd, mostly retirees.While the surrounding area outside the resort is a bit run-down, the resort itself is very secure with gated access and feels like a well-kept oasis.Everything on the property was fresh, clean, and well-maintained. “Was very quiet & had an awesome view”

“We met here with family from Illinois, Georgia and Maryland. The condo, grounds, and amenities were just right for us. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon, playing pickle ball, tennis, and swimming in the beautiful pool! The views and sunsets were outstanding, and the local restaurants were top notch! The location of Hudson was just right as well. It was within an hour for us to visit the manatees, Clearwater area beaches, Honeymoon Island, and Tampa airport. Five stars!”

“Perfect location, close parking, elevator and cart to unload baggage — the condo has a beautiful sunset view over the water. The clubhouse has a great workout facility, tennis courts, pool table, pool, etc., everything you could want.”

“We had an awesome time at Gulf Island. Beautiful view, cleanliness, convenient parking and such friendly people at the security gate. If I had to provide any negatives it would be that there weren't enough coffee mugs! I know this is unimportant but it seemed like we were constantly washing cups. Our agent Kim was excellent! Hope to stay here again.”
