“We had the best time! The house was great! Communication was amazing! Any time a text they got back with me super face! There were dolphins and manatees at the back porch. We were there for 7 days. Enjoyed every minute of it! And the neighbor did an amazing firework show for the 4th! ”

“We had such a wonderful time staying in this home!!! It is absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. We were able to see a few manatees swim up the canal from there. Also, there are so many little "extras" in this place! If there was anything that you may have forgotten to pack, i would be willing to bet they have it there already. The kayaks and paddle board are a must as well. My whole family loved paddling around the canals. We will definitely be staying here again if we……

“The house was in a great spot with all of the amenities you can think of. We loved seeing manatees swim by everyday along with other wildlife. The backyard overlooking the river is where we spent most of our time. The chairs and umbrellas were perfect for lounging for us, and the kids spent a lot of time kayaking and exploring. We enjoyed our stay and the owner was great. ”

“We loved our stay! The house was perfect for the 6 of us! We spent 4 full days just hanging out at the house swimming and kayaking up and down the river. We also loved the screened in patio. We brought an outdoor fan with us and it helped us stay cool in the July heat if we weren’t in the water. Karen was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. “Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one.”
