"Out of all the Condos available to rent, this one by far is in the best location. End of the street on the corner with the beach trail directly behind the house, and close, easy access to the pond. Anne was fantastic and the house was adorable and spacious. The only bad thing was the swarms of mosquitoes that made it impossible to leave the house without being covered in clothes or bug spray. That being said a local let us know they are not usually that bad and they came after the recent storm. Would love to come back when the mosquitoes decide to vacate. Perfect rental!"

"We had a great time. Caught several different types of fish. Released them all back to grow bigger. The only problem was the tv in the living room did not work and could not get the cold water to work in downstairs shower."

"Great location that is well maintained and perfect access to the pool + not far from the beach. We loved the house and was perfect for 3 small families with infants. We will certainly be back!"

"The house is gorgeous. New amenities, great location. There are chairs for the beach provided, a bbq pit, fully stocked kitchen and great outdoor space for hanging out. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable beds! Kids room slept 5 kids comfortably. We had little kids and they loved the bunk beds. Loved the everything about this house and since this is an annual family trip for us, we definitely plan to book again."

"It is a nice, clean family type atmosphere There really weren't too many kids ( schools not out yet) so we had the nice , clean large pool too our selves at times. Very relaxing. It is close enough to town if you want something to do or there are food truck type eating places that are excellent . Its a great get away from hustle and busle and walk along the ocean not being over crowded."

"Perfect location for day at the beach and for East Matagorda Bay wade fishing (no boat). This condo was exactly what we expected and it was perfect for our family of 5. Beach, pool, fish, repeat."
